Abstract

Desa Tumpakkepuh merupakan desa yang memiliki banyak wisata alam. Salah satunya Pantai Pangi yang dikelola oleh Pokdarwis “Cemoro Sewu”. Pengelolaan yang dilakukan memberikan kontribusi yang besar bagi kemajuan Pantai Pangi. Namun pengelolaan Pokdarwis mengalami konflik intern dan mereka pecah menjadi dua kelompok. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini memiliki rumusan masalah mengapa dinamika konflik Pantai Pangi bisa terjadi dan bagaimana masyarakat mengelola konflik di Pantai Pangi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu memetakan permasalahan yang ada di Pantai Pangi dengan mendeskripsikan awal mula pengelolaan Pantai Pangi sampai terbentuknya konflik dan melihat bagaimana konflik tersebut dikelola. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan etnografi untuk mendeskripsikan data temuan secara detail, jelas dan sistematis terkait isu permasalahan yang diangkat. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan (observation) dan wawancara mendalam (indepth interview). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa konflik yang ada di Pantai Pangi merupakan konflik perebutan sumber daya yaitu Pantai Pangi yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi karena semakin banyak pengunjung yang datang. Sehingga disini kelompok masyarakat saling berpolitik untuk mendapatkan kekuasaan Pantai Pangi. Selain itu peneliti juga melihat dari pengelolaan konflik yang terjadi, bahwa terdapat kelompok masyarakat yang menggunkan gaya berkonflik kompetisi sehingga konflik yang ada di Pantai Pangi menjadi langgeng. Namun hal tersebut dapat diredam dengan adanya kelompok yang memilih menggunkan gaya menghindar atau mengakomodasi konflik serta mengalah dalam setiap konflik yang muncul. Akhirnya konflik yang ada di Pantai Pangi tercipta perdamaian, namun perdamian yang masih bersifat negatif. Dimana ketika isu-isu tekait permasalahan muncul, maka konflik tersebut akan tercipta kembali.

English Abstract

Tumpakkepuh village has many natural tourism. One of them is Pangi Beach which is managed by Pokdarwis "Cemoro Sewu".The management made a great contribution to the progress of Pangi Beach.But the management of Pokdarwis experiencing internal conflictand broken into two groups.Therefore this research has a problem formulation is why the dynamics conflict in the Pangi Beach could happen and how people manage conflict in Pangi beach. The purpose of this research is to map the problems in Pangi Beach by describing the beginning of the management of Pangi beach until the conflict and see how the conflict is managed.This study uses an ethnographic approach to describe data findings in detail, clear and systematic related issues.Technique data collection is observation and indepth interview. The result shows that the conflict in Pangi beach is seizure of Pangi Beach resourceswhich has high economic value because more and more visitors come.So the community dIkromng politics to get Pangi Beachpower.Moreover, researchers see from the management of the conflict, there are community groups who use style of competition conflict so that the conflict in Pangi beach become lasting.However, this can be mitigated by groups that choose to avIkromd or accommodate the conflict and succumb to any conflict that arises.Finally Pangi beachis peace, but it is still negative. When issues about the problem arises, then the conflict will be recreated.
