Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV. Firmansyah, di Desa Sidobandung, Kecamatan Balen, Bojonegoro. Salah satu perusahaan yang memanfaatkan tenaga perempuan untuk bekerja. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai kehidupan sosia ekonomi buruh perenpuan di CV. Firmansyah. Dimana perusahaan ini mempunyai sumbangsih yang besar bagi masyarakat setempat khususnya perempuan untuk bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah yaitu, pertama, bagaimana kehidupan sosial ekonomi buruh perempuan di CV. Firmansyah, dan kedua, bagaimana perempun mengatur peran ganda sebagai ibu rumah tangga dan sebagai buruh di CV. Firmansyah. Motede penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskripsitif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dimana peneliti akan turun secara langsung ke lokasi penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan study dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dalam skripsi ini memperlihatkan bahawa Kehidupan sosial ekonomi buruh dapat dilihat dari pendapatan rumah tangga buruh hal tersebut tergantung dari pendapatan suami. jika suami ikut berkerja maka pendapatan yang didapat dapat membantu perekonomian keluarga, namun jika hanya buruh perempuan yang bekerja menjadi kepala keluarga pendapatan ekonomi buruh masih dibawah kebutuhan ekonomi keluarga. Kebanyakan buruh disini dari lapisan bawah dimana mereka harus bekerja untuk membantu perekonomian keluarganya. Keterlibatan perempuan bekerja membuat perempuan mempunyai peran ganda dimana disatu sisi sebagai ibu rumah tangga dan menjadi buruh di CV. Firmansyah. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman saat ini banyak perempuan yang menjadi tulang punggung keluarga. Suami yang seharusnya bekerja mencari nafkah kini tidak bekerja dan melakukan pekerjaan domestik seperti mencuci, membersihkan rumah, dan mengurus anak. Disini terlihat adanya perubahan peran suami istri dalam rumah tangga. Dalam rumah tangga tidak hanya keluarga inti namun mereka masih dibantu oleh orang tua khususnya ibu dalam mengatur rumah tangga misalnya mengurus anak saat ditinggal bekerja.
English Abstract
This research was conducted in CV. Firmansyah in Sidobandung Village, District Balen, Bojonegoro. One of the companies that harness the power of women to work. The Social Life Of Women In Labour Economics CV. Firmansyah. Where the company has a great contribution to local communities especially women to work. This study aims to answer the problem formulation that is, first, how the socio-economic life of women workers in CV. Firmansyah, and Secondly, how the woman regulates the dual role as a housewife and as a worker in CV. Firmansyah. This research method using descriptive analysis method with qualitative approach where the researcher will go down directly to research location. This study uses data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and study documentation. The result of the research in this thesis shows that the socio-economic life of the workers can be seen from the income of the laborer's household it depends on the income of the husband. If husbands come to work then the income earned can help the family economy, but if only female laborers who work as head of household workers' economic income is still under the economic needs of the family. Most of the workers here are from the lower layers where they have to work to help the family economy. Women's involvement in work makes women have multiple roles where on the one hand as housewife and become laborer in CV. Firmansyah. Along with the development of the current era many women who become the backbone of the family. The husband who is supposed to be working for a living now does not work and does domestic work such as washing, cleaning the house, and taking care of the child. There is a change in the role of husband and wife in the household. In the household is not only the nuclear family but they are still assisted by parents, especially mothers in managing the household such as taking care of children when left behind to work.
