Abstract
Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung meliputi H1.5 Kapasitas Fasilitator ➔ Desain Pelatihan Vokasi Metode Blended Learning ➔ Motivasi Peserta (2,501 > 1,96); H1.6 Dukungan Pelatihan ➔ Desain Pelatihan Vokasi Metode Blended Learning ➔ Motivasi Peserta (2,922 > 1,96).
English Abstract
This research aims to: (1) Find out the influence of facilitator factors and training support on the motivation of training participants through training using the blended learning method to increase their knowledge and skills capacity to form a predisposition for learning transfer. (2) Evaluate the ability of the vocational training model using the blended learning method to predict the motivational predisposition of training participants to apply training results. This research was conducted at BBPP Ketindan with the approach used was a quantitative method. The sampling technique used a survey method of 114 vocational training alumni respondents using the blended learning method which was carried out online. Next, offline observations were carried out using the purposive sampling method on 73 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and the PLSSEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling). The results of this research show that the t-value factor produces a value greater than the critical value, namely: Direct influence which includes H1.1 Vocational Training Design for the Blended Learning Method ➔ Participant Motivation (4.254 > 1.96); H1.2 Facilitator Capacity ➔ Design of Vocational Training Blended Learning Method (2.903 > 1.96); H1.3 Training Support ➔ Blended Learning Method Vocational Training Design (4.764 > 1.96); H1.4 Participant's Home Environment ➔ Participant's Motivation (3.310 > 1.96). Meanwhile, indirect influences include H1.5 Facilitator Capacity ➔ Blended Learning Method Vocational Training Design ➔ Participant Motivation (2.501 > 1.96); H1.6 Training Support ➔ Design of Vocational Training Blended Learning Method ➔ Participant Motivation (2.922 > 1.96). The results of the research model evaluation show that the influence on vocational training design using the blended learning method produces a strong influence with an R-square value of 0.736 (73.6%) and the influence on motivation variables also produces a strong influence with an R-square value of 0.717 (71.7 %). The strength of prediction accuracy in this model produces predictions that have a "High" effect on vocational training design using the blended learning method with a Q-square value of 0.555 (x>0.50); Predictions have a "Medium" effect on motivation with a Q-square value of 0.401 (0.50>x≥0.25), and Predictions have a "Low" effect on the application of practice results with a Q-Square value of 0.028 (x<0.25). The estimated value of the SRMR model produces a value of 0.065 (x≤0.08) so that the SRMR model shows that the model is fit or the model has suitability. The GoF index produces a value of 0.55 (high), so it can be concluded that this value shows that the model has a very good level of fit overall with the ability to explain the relationship between latent variables that is strong (high)
