Abstract
Air bersih merupakan kebutuhan dasar bagi manusia sehingga menjadi hal yang wajar jika sektor air bersih mendapat prioritas dalam penanganan dan pemenuhannya. PDAM sebagai perusahaan daerah pengelola air bersih seharusnya mampu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Dengan sistem pengolahan dan sistem jaringan perpipaan yang ada, PDAM diharapkan mampu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih masyarakat baik secara kuantitas, kualitas dan kontinuitas. Pada studi ini dilakukan perhitungan perencanaan jaringan penyediaan air bersih, yang berlokasi di Desa Canggu Kecamatan Pare Kabupaten Kediri. Analis yang dilakukan yaitu menghitung proyeksi jumlah penduduk Desa Canggu mulai tahun 2017-2031. Hasil tersebut kemudian akan digunakan untuk perhitungan kebutuhan air baku. Selanjutnya dari data tersebut akan dihitung simulasi penyediaan air bersih. Aplikasi WaterCad V8i SS6 digunakan untuk menggambar skema jaringan dan di dalamnya terdapat tool yang dapat membantu dalam pengolahan data yang dibutuhkan. Hasil dari pengolahan data dengan aplikasi WaterCad V8i SS6 akan dilakukan perhitungan perencanaan biaya dalam pembangunan proyek tersebut. Perhitungan perencanaan pengembangan layanan PDAM ini meliputi biaya pra konstruksi, biaya konstruksi dan biaya operasional yang disesuaikan dengan harga satuan pembangunan terbaru yaitu tahun 2017 dan berdasar pada lokasi studi yaitu Kabupaten Kediri. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah penentuan harga air. Dari perhitungan perencanaan sebelumnya, akan dianalisis Nilai Rasio Manfaat (B/C), B-C, Tingkat Pengembalian Internail (IRR), Payback Periode (PBP), Analisis Sensitivitas. Dari analis tersebut maka akan diketahui nilai dari harga air dalam perencanaan pengembangan layanan PDAM ini.
English Abstract
Clean water is a basic need for human beings so it becomes natural that the water sector gets priority in handling and fulfillment. PDAM as clean water companies should be able to meet those needs. With existing piping systems, PDAM are expected to be able to fulfill the community's water needs in terms of quantity, quality and continuity. In this study, the calculation of water supply network planning, which is located in Canggu Village, Pare District, Kediri Regency. Analysts are calculating the projected population of Canggu Village from 2017-2031. The results will be used for the calculation of raw water requirements. Furthermore, from the data will be calculated simulation of water supply. The WaterCad V8i SS6 application is used to draw network schemes and there are tools that can help in processing the required data. The results of data processing with WaterCad V8i SS6 application will be calculated cost planning in the construction of the project. The calculation of PDAM service development planning includes pre-construction cost, construction cost and operational cost adjusted with unit price of the latest development that is year 2017 and based on study location that is Kediri Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the price of water. From the calculation of previous planning, will be analyzed Value of Benefit Ratio (B/C), B-C, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PBP), Sensitivity Analysis. From these analysts it will be known the value of water prices in PDAM service development planning.
