Abstract

Stigma negatif masyarakat terhadap Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan (WBP) menjadi penghambat proses reintegrasi sosial. Dari 25 pelatihan yang telah diterima, WBP Lapas Kelas 1 Malang belum pernah mendapatkan keterampilan digital marketing. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi WBP tentang digital marketing yang didukung dengan penguatan aspek self development dan financial management. Tahapan pelaksanaan yang dilakukan meliputi persiapan, penyusunan modul, training & education, final exam, monitoring dan evaluasi. Tim pengabdian menerapkan metode focus group discussion, coaching, simulasi, dan case study. Hasil pengabdian yang diperoleh berupa peningkatan pengetahuan WBP tentang aspek self development (44.5%) yang tercermin dari peningkatan kepercayaan diri untuk merintis usaha baru, financial management (30%) berupa kemampuan WBP menyusun perencanaan keuangan, dan digital marketing (60%) berupa peningkatan kemandirian WBP dalam memasarkan produk usahanya. Program pengabdian ini terbukti memberikan dampak nyata bagi WBP sebagai bekal untuk beradaptasi di lingkungan masyarakat pascapembebasan.

English Abstract

The negative stigma of the community towards prisoners is an obstacle to the social reintegration process. Of the 25 trainings received, WBP of Lapas Kelas 1 Malang have never received digital marketing skills. This service program aims to improve the competence of WBP on digital marketing which is supported by strengthening aspects of self-development and financial management. The stages of implementation carried out by the team include preparation, module preparation, training & education, final exam, monitoring and evaluation. The service team applied the methods of focus group discussion, coaching, simulation, and case study. The results of the service obtained in the form of increased knowledge of WBP on aspects of self development (44.5%) which is reflected in increased confidence to start a new business, financial management (30%) in the form of WBP's ability to prepare financial plans, and digital marketing (60%) which is proven to increase the independence of WBP in marketing their business products. The service program has a real impact on WBP to adapt to the community environment.
