Abstract
PT Electronic Data Interchange Indonesia (EDII) memperkenalkan aplikasi absensi online berbasis mobile, Hadirkoe, pada tahun 2020 untuk meningkatkan efisiensi sistem absensi. Penggunaan aplikasi Hadirkoe di PT EDII masih menghadapi tantangan terkait penerimaan pengguna, meskipun kemudahan telah dirasakan oleh pengguna. Penelitian yang berujudul Analisis Penerimaan Pengguna Aplikasi Hadirkoe di PT EDI Indonesia dengan Model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap aplikasi Hadirkoe di PT EDII, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan aplikasi berdasarkan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), serta memberikan rekomendasi dan saran kepada PT EDII untuk pengembangan sistem dan pelatihan pengguna. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), menunjukkan hasil penelitian bahwa ekspektasi kinerja dan kondisi pendukung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat perilaku dan perilaku penggunaan aplikasi, sementara ekspektasi usaha tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Pengaruh sosial berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap niat perilaku, yang menunjukkan bahwa tekanan sosial dapat menurunkan niat karyawan untuk menggunakan aplikasi.
English Abstract
PT Electronic Data Interchange Indonesia (EDII) introduced a mobile-based online attendance application, Hadirkoe, in 2020 to improve the efficiency of the attendance system. The implementation of Hadirkoe at PT EDII still faces challenges related to user acceptance, despite its acknowledged ease of use. The study titled "User Acceptance Analysis of the Hadirkoe Application at PT EDI Indonesia Using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) Model" aims to analyze the level of user acceptance of the Hadirkoe application at PT EDII. The study identifies factors influencing user acceptance based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. It also provides recommendations and suggestions to PT EDII for system development and user training. Data processing is conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results show that performance expectancy and facilitating conditions significantly influence behavioral intention and usage behavior of the application.Effort expectancy does not have a significant effect. Social influence has a significantly negative impact on behavioral intention, indicating that social pressure can decrease employees' willingness to use the application.
