Abstract
Tren belanja online mengalami peningkatan yang sangat pesat, e-commerce telah berkembang secara signifikan, sehingga membuat perkembangan ecommerce di Indonesia juga semakin pesat. Berbagai platform e-commerce hadir dan bersaing untuk menarik perhatian konsumen, termasuk Shopee dan Blibli. Pengalaman pengguna yang baik menjadi faktor penting dalam memastikan keberhasilan transaksi sekaligus mendorong pengguna melakukan pembelian ulang. Namun, berdasarkan identifikasi masalah, ditemukan perbedaan yang signifikan antara jumlah pengunjung dan penilaian pengguna terhadap aplikasi Shopee dan Blibli. Hal ini menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai kualitas pengalaman pengguna yang ditawarkan oleh masing-masing platform. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan kualitas user experience antara aplikasi Shopee dan Blibli dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner meCUE dan scenario testing. Kuesioner meCUE merupakan instrumen untuk mengukur user experience suatu produk, yang terdiri dari lima modul, yaitu Perception of Instrumental Product Qualities, Perception of NonInstrumental Product Qualities, Emotions, Consequences of Use, dan Overall Evaluation. Sementara itu, scenario testing digunakan untuk mengevaluasi usability aplikasi melalui komponen effectiveness (task success rate dan error during task performance) serta efficiency (number of clicks during task completion dan time per completed task). Penelitian ini juga melibatkan wawancara untuk mendukung penjelasan temuan dari kuesioner dan scenario testing yang telah dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Shopee memiliki skor lebih tinggi dibandingkan Blibli pada semua indikator meCUE yang diukur. Uji paired-samples t-test mengkonfirmasi adanya perbedaan signifikan pada mayoritas indikator meCUE antara kedua aplikasi tersebut. Pada scenario testing, Shopee menunjukkan performa yang lebih baik secara keseluruhan dibandingkan Blibli, kecuali pada parameter number of clicks during task completion. Selain menyajikan hasil perbandingan, penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas user experience pada kedua aplikasi berdasarkan temuan kuesioner meCUE dan scenario testing. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bisa menjadi panduan dalam menciptakan pengalaman belanja yang lebih baik pada aplikasi Shopee dan Blibli.
English Abstract
The rapid growth of online shopping has led to a significant expansion of ecommerce, driving substantial development in Indonesia's e-commerce sector. Numerous e-commerce platforms compete to attract consumers, including Shopee and Blibli. A positive user experience is crucial to ensuring successful transactions and encouraging repeat purchases. However, based on identified issues, significant differences were found in visitor numbers and user ratings between Shopee and Blibli. This raises questions about the quality of user experience offered by each platform. This study aims to compare the quality of user experience between Shopee and Blibli using the meCUE questionnaire and scenario testing methods. The meCUE questionnaire is an instrument designed to measure the user experience of a product, consisting of five modules: Perception of Instrumental Product Qualities, Perception of Non-Instrumental Product Qualities, Emotions, Consequences of Use, and Overall Evaluation. Meanwhile, scenario testing was used to evaluate application usability through components such as effectiveness (task success rate and error during task performance) and efficiency (number of clicks during task completion and time per completed task). Interviews were also conducted to support the explanation of findings from the meCUE questionnaire and scenario testing. The results show that Shopee scored higher than Blibli across all measured meCUE indicators. The paired-samples ttest confirmed significant differences in most meCUE indicators between the two applications. In scenario testing, Shopee demonstrated overall better performance compared to Blibli, except for the parameter number of clicks during task completion. In addition to presenting comparative results, this study provides recommendations for improving user experience on both applications based on findings from the meCUE questionnaire and scenario testing. Thus, this study can serve as a guide for creating better shopping experiences on Shopee and Blibli applications.
