Abstract
Hector VHN merupakan usaha layanan cuci sepatu yang berlokasi di Kota Malang. Dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya, Hector VHN menggunakan tiga aplikasi yang berbeda serta satu buku catatan. Proses bisnis pada Hector VHN mengharuskan staf Hector VHN berpindah-pindah aplikasi dalam mengelola data pesanan dan melakukan pencatatan berulang untuk setiap aplikasi. Adanya pesanan yang terlewat serta kesalahan input data dapat menghambat proses pelayanan pelanggan serta membuat data pesanan menjadi tidak akurat yang dapat menghambat proses pengambilan keputusan. Hector VHN memerlukan sebuah solusi untuk menciptakan sebuah proses bisnis yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan unuk mengembangkan Shoescare Management System berbasis website untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi proses bisnis dalam mengelola pesanan pada Hector VHN. Shoescare Management System dibangun menggunakan metode pengembangan protipe dan diimplementasikan menggunakan kerangka kerja Laravel. Keberhasilan Shoescare Management System dalam menyelesaikan masalah proses bisnis pada Hector VHN diuji menggunakan User Acceptance Test (UAT) dengan pendekatan alpha beta testing. Alpha testing untuk menguji fungsional sistem menggunakan metode black box testing dengan hasil seluruh fungsional sistem dapat digunakan. Beta testing untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap Shoescare Management System melalui empat indikator menggunakan USE Questionnaire menghasilkan nilai kegunaan 93,93%, kemudahan penggunaan 90,13%, kemudahan belajar 90,71%, serta kepuasan pengguna 92,24%, dengan rata-rata seluruh indikator 91,71%. Berdasarkan dua pengujian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Shoescare Management System dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan proses bisnis pada Hector VHN.
English Abstract
Hector VHN is a shoe washing service business located in Malang City. In carrying out its business processes, Hector VHN uses three different applications and one notebook. The business process at Hector VHN requires Hector VHN staff to switch between applications in managing order data and make repeated notes for each application. Missing orders and data input errors can hamper the customer service process and make order data inaccurate which can hamper the decision-making process. Hector VHN needs a solution to create a more effective and efficient business process. This research aims to develop a website-based Shoescare Management System to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes in managing orders at Hector VHN. Shoescare Management System was built using the prototype development method and implemented using the Laravel framework. The success of Shoescare Management System in solving business process problems at Hector VHN was tested using User Acceptance Test (UAT) with alpha beta testing approach. Alpha testing to test the functional system using the black box testing method with the results of all functional systems can be used. Beta testing to measure the level of user satisfaction with the Shoescare Management System through four indicators using the USE Questionnaire resulted in a usability value of 93.93%, ease of use 90.13%, ease of learning 90.71%, and user satisfaction 92.24%, with an average of all indicators 91.71%.
