Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas tindak tutur ilokusi dalam debat capres kelima tahun 2024 menggunakan kajian pragmatik. Penelitianini dilakukan karena sebelumnya belum pernah ada yang meneliti mengenai tindak tutur ilokusi dalam debat calon presiden tahun 2024. Menurut pengamatan yang telah dilakukan, dalam debat tersebut terdapat banyak jenis tindak tutur Asertif, Komisif dan Ekspresif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk tindak tutur ilokusi dalam video debat kelima calon presiden tahun 2024 dan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis tindak tutur ilokusi dalam video debat calon presiden kelima tahun 2024. Penelitan ini merupakan penelitian deskripstif kualitatif karena penelitian ini berusaha menganalisis mengenai tindak tutur ilokusi di dalam film dan mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian dalam bentuk narasi deskriptif. Sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini adalah dialog debat kelima calon presiden tahun 2024. Debat ini ini berdurasi 3 jam 05 menit dan dirilis pada tanggal 04 februari 2024. Data yang diambil di dalam penelitian ini berupa tuturan calon presiden yang mengandung tindak tutur ilokusi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik simak dan teknik catat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menganalisis data-data yang ditemukan yaitu bentuk-bentuk tindak tutur ilokusi direktif berdasarkan teori Mils and Huberman dan kemudian menarik kesimpulan. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan terdapat 230 tindak tutur ilokusi yang dikelompokan menjadi lima yakni asertif, komisif, direktif, ekspresif dan deklaratif termasuk fungsi untuk menginformasikan, menyatakan pendapat, menolak, menjanjikan, merencanakan, meyakinkan, mengajak, mengusulkan, mengucap salam, berterima kasih, memuji, meminta maaf dan menyatakan sikap. Tindak tutur yang digunakan oleh calon presiden menunjukkan macam-macam interaksi dalam debat, yang tidak hanya terbatas pada penyampaian informasi, tetapi juga berbagai bentuk komunikasi yang mempengaruhi opini dan respons audiens.
English Abstract
This research discusses illocutionary acts in the fifth presidential debate of 2024 using pragmatic analysis. The research was conducted because no previous studies have analyzed illocutionary acts in the 2024 presidential debate. Based on observations, the debate contains various types of illocutionary acts, such as assertives, commissives, and expressives. The research questions are as follows: 1) What are the forms of illocutionary acts according to Searle's theory found in the debate dialogues? 2) What are the functions of illocutionary acts according to Searle's theory found in the debate dialogues? The objectives of this study are: 1) to describe the forms of illocutionary acts in the video of the fifth presidential debate of 2024, and 2) to describe the types of illocutionary acts in the video of the fifth presidential debate of 2024. This is a descriptive qualitative study as it seeks to analyze illocutionary acts in the debate and describe the results in narrative form. The primary data source for this study is the dialogue from the fifth presidential debate of 2024. The debate lasts for 3 hours and 5 minutes and was released on February 4, 2024. The data consists of presidential candidates' utterances containing illocutionary acts. Data collection was carri ed out using listening and note-taking techniques. Data analysis was performed by analyzing the identified illocutionary acts, categorizing them into directive illocutionary acts based on Miles and Huberman's theory, and drawing conclusions. The study found 230 illocutionary acts, which were grouped into five categories: assertive, commissive, directive, expressive, and declarative. The functions of the illocutionary acts were identified as 14 types, including informing, stating an opinion, rejecting, promising, planning, persuading, inviting, proposing, greeting, thanking, praising, apologizing, and expressing stance.
