Abstract
Keselamatan pasien adalah suatu sistem yang dibuat dengan tujuan untuk membuat asuhan keperawatan yang aman bagi pasien. Sistem yang digunakan untuk mencegah terjadinya cedera yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan akibat melaksanakan suatu tindakan atau tidak mengambil tindakan yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi kerja perawat dengan budaya keselamatan pasien di Kemenkes Rs Radjiman Wediodiningrat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional.Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari perawat pelaksana dengan jumlah sampel 171 perawat yang telah ditentukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Work Extrinsic Intrinsic Motivation Scale dan Hospital Survey On Patient Safety Culture . Hasil uji korelasi Spearman Rho ditemukan bahwa p Value (0,000 < 0,05) dan r =0,399. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara motivasi kerja dengan penerapan budaya keselamatan pasien. Hubungan positif bermakna apabila motivasi kerja tinggi, maka penerapan budaya keselamatan pasien pada perawat juga tinggi.
English Abstract
Patient safety is a system created with the aim of creating safe nursing care for patients. The system is used to prevent injuries caused by errors due to carrying out an action or not taking the right action. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurses' work motivation and patient safety culture at Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang Hospital. The research method used was observational analytic correlation with a cross-sectional approach. The respondents of this study consisted of implementing nurses with a sample size of 171 nurses. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The results of the Spearman Rho correlation test found that p Value (0.000 <0.05) and r = 0.399. The conclusion of the study is that there is a positive relationship between work motivation and the implementation of patient safety culture. A positive relationship means that if work motivation is high, then the implementation of patient safety culture in nurses is also high.
