Abstract

Komisi Pemilihan Umum telah merilis sebuah aplikasi yang bernama Sirekap (Sistem Rekapitulasi Pemilu), Untuk kedua kalinya Sirekap dipakai dalam pemilihan presiden pada tanggal 14 Februari 2024, berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan studi lapangan, ditemukan berbagai macam permasalahan seperti notifikasi yang mengganggu tampilan, perekapan data bermasalah, dan alur kerja dari sistem yang sulit dipahami. Beberapa permasalahan tersebut menyebabkan waktu penginputan data jadi lebih lama dari yang diharapkan, dan berpotensi membuat pengguna menjadi tidak nyaman dalam menggunakan aplikasi Sirekap. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan pendalaman terhadap masalah tersebut agar mudah dipahami dan dijelaskan secara sistematis. Dengan demikian penulis dapat memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan yang lebih sistematis menggunakan metode Enhanced Cognitive Walkthrough. Metode tersebut akan memberikan skenario tugas berupa rangkaian tugas yang akan dikerjakan oleh responden dan diberikan sebanyak 10 pertanyaan mengenai tugas tersebut kepada evaluator. Evaluator yang berpartisipan sebanyak enam orang yang memiliki tanggung jawab terhadap aplikasi Sirekap di tiap TPS. Hasil evaluasi ini menunjukkan permasalahan yang paling banyak terjadi pada tipe feedback, sequence, dan physical demands. Dimana masalah terbesar yang memiliki tipe sequence dan physical demands ada pada task Importance 1 yaitu Login. Kemudian pada task Importance 2 yaitu pemrosesan C hasil, yang disebabkan oleh feedback, Namun dari hasil yang sudah dilakukan, permasalahan tersebut tidak dianggap terlalu serius karena nilai problem seriousness terletak di grade 3 dan 4, yang menandakan tingkat masalah keseriusannya masalah ringan, namun perlu diperhatikan lagi demi kesempurnaan aplikasi ini.

English Abstract

The General Election Commission has released an application called Sirekap (Election Recapitulation System), for the second time Sirekap was used in the presidential election on February 14, 2024, based on the results of interviews and field studies, various kinds of problems were found such as notifications that interfere with the display, problematic data recording, and the workflow of the system that is difficult to understand. Some of these problems cause the data entry time to be longer than expected, and potentially make users uncomfortable in using the Sirekap application. Therefore, it is necessary to deepen the problem so that it is easily understood and explained systematically. Thus the author can provide recommendations for improvements that are more systematic using the Enhanced Cognitive Walkthrough method. The method will provide a task scenario in the form of a series of tasks to be carried out by respondents and given as many as 10 questions about the task to the evaluator. The evaluators who participated were six people who had responsibility for the Sirekap application at each polling station. The results of this evaluation show that the most problems occur in the types of feedback, sequence, and physical demands. Where the biggest problem that has the type of sequence and physical demands is in task Importance 1, namely Login. However, from the results that have been done, these problems are not considered too serious because the problem seriousness value is located in grades 3 and 4, which indicates the level of seriousness of the problem is a minor problem, but it needs to be considered again for the perfection of this application.
