Abstract
Pneumonia neonatal adalah infeksi paru-paru yang terjadi pada bayi baru lahir. Infeksi ini dapat terjadi dalam beberapa jam setelah kelahiran dan menyerang jaringan paru-paru. Infeksi dapat menyebar melalui plasenta, aspirasi, atau dapat diperoleh setelah bayi lahir. Tujuan dari karya ilmiah akhir ini adalah untuk menganalisa asuhan keperawatan pada bayi Ny. L usia 14 hari dengan diagnosa medis Neonatal Pneumonia di Ruang Perinatologi melalui proses pengkajian sampai evaluasi. Pada pengkajian didapatkan data objektif yaitu kondisi bayi lemah dan sesak nafas, saturasi oksigen 90% dengan terpasang CPAP PEEP 7 CMH2O FIO2 30%, nadi 140 kali/menit, suhu 36,8°C, pernapasan 50 kali/menit, terpasang TPN di tangan kanan. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan penunjang didapatkan eritrosit 3,68 juta, hematokrit 33,10%, trombosit 569,00 103/mm, pemeriksaan ECHO tgl 05-06-2024 didapatkan hasil cor triatriatum (+), TAPVD (Total Anomalus Pulmonary Venous Drainage) (+), ASD skundum besar L to R shunt, PDA kecil, TR moderate, pulmonary hipertensi dan pemeriksaan foto thoraks didapatkan hasil Neonatal Pneumonia. Masalah keperawatan yaitu bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif, termoregulasi tidak efektif dan resiko defisit nutrisi. Setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan didapatkan manajemen jalan napas belum teratasi, regulasi temperatur, manajemen nutrisi dan pemberian makanan parenteral teratasi. Penilaian penyebab serta kondisi pasien secara komprehensif berkaitan dengan penatalaksanaan yang tepat. Pemberian oksigen, pemantauan termoregulasi, asupan nutrisi yang adekuat serta edukasi terkait tanda dan gejala yang harus diwaspadai juga mendukung penyembuhan pasien
English Abstract
Neonatal pneumonia is a lung infection that occurs in newborns. This infection can develop within hours after birth and affects lung tissue. The infection may spread through the placenta, aspiration, or may be acquired after the baby is born. The purpose of this final scientific paper is to analyze nursing care for a 14-day-old infant, Ny. L, with a medical diagnosis of Neonatal Pneumonia in the Perinatology Ward through the assessment process to evaluation. The assessment revealed objective data, including the infant’s weak condition, shortness of breath, oxygen saturation of 90%, with CPAP in place at PEEP 7 CMH2O FIO2 30%, a heart rate of 140 beats/minute, temperature of 36.8°C, respiratory rate of 50 breaths/minute, and TPN administered through the right hand. Based on the results of supporting examinations, erythrocytes were 3.68 million, hematocrit 33.10%, platelets 569,000 103/mm, and an ECHO examination on 05-06-2024 revealed results of cor triatriatum (+), TAPVD (Total Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Drainage) (+), large secundum ASD L to R shunt, small PDA, moderate TR, pulmonary hypertension, and a chest X-ray showed results of Neonatal Pneumonia. The nursing problems identified included ineffective airway clearance, ineffective thermoregulation, and risk of nutrition deficit. After nursing interventions, airway management was not resolved, but temperature regulation, nutrition management, and parenteral nutrition were addressed. A comprehensive assessment of the causes and patient condition, related to appropriate management, was conducted. The administration of oxygen, monitoring of thermoregulation, adequate nutritional intake, and education regarding signs and symptoms to watch for all supported the patient’s recovery.
