Abstract
Pelayanan masyarakat dalam bidang jasa jahit online juga menghadapi tantangan, terutama dalam hal kemudahan akses, kenyamanan pengguna, dan fitur yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. My Modista adalah aplikasi yang dikembangkan untuk memberikan solusi dalam mempermudah pemesanan jasa jahit secara online. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah pengguna dalam memilih layanan jahitan, mengunggah gambar pakaian, dan menerima notifikasi status pemesanan. Dalam perancangan aplikasi ini, aspek UI/UX sangat penting untuk memastikan kenyamanan pengguna. Laporan tugas akhir ini menjelaskan perancangan UI/UX aplikasi My Modista menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD), yang melibatkan tahapan Specify the context of use, Specify user and organization requirements, Produce design solution, dan Evaluate design against user requirement. Hasil pengujian usability menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) menunjukkan skor sebesar 73,83, yang masuk dalam kategori acceptable. Skor ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi My Modista berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan menawarkan pengalaman yang baik, memastikan aplikasi mudah digunakan dan memberikan kepuasan kepada pengguna.
English Abstract
Community services in the field of online sewing services also face challenges, especially in terms of ease of access, user comfort, and features that suit their needs. My Modista is an application developed to provide a solution to make it easier to order sewing services online. This application aims to make it easier for users to choose sewing services, upload clothing images, and receive order status notifications. In designing this application, UI/UX aspects are very important to ensure user comfort. This final assignment report explains the UI/UX design of the My Modista application using the User Centered Design (UCD) method, which involves the stages Specify the context of use, Specify user and organization requirements, Produce design solution, and Evaluate design against user requirements. The results of usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) show a score of 73.83, which is in the Acceptable category. This score shows that the My Modista application successfully meets user needs and offers a good experience, ensuring the application is easy to use and provides user satisfaction.
