Abstract
Proses yudisium di Fakultas Vokasi Universitas Brawijaya merupakan salah satu tahapan penting bagi mahasiswa menjelang kelulusan. Dalam setiap prosesi, mulai dari pendaftaran hingga pelaksanaan yudisium, terdapat beberapa tantangan yang mempengaruhi kelancaran jalannya acara. Pada biasanya proses yudisium saat melakukan pendaftaran hingga pengumuman lolos atau tidaknya itu pihak kemahasiswaan menggunakan google form dan spreadsheet, dari situ penulis melihat kurang efisien dalam penginputan data. Salah satu masalah teknis yang penulis amati yaitu saat penginputan data pendaftar, di mana ada terjadi kekeliruan dalam google form saat menguload surat atau form dari beda jenjang. Lalu, pengumuman lolos atau tidaknya yang bisa dibilang kurang informatif dan juga pembagian jadwal pelaksanaan yudisiumnya juga. Kendala-kendala ini dapat mengganggu efisiensi proses yudisium dan menimbulkan ketidakpuasan di kalangan mahasiswa. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dirancanglah desain UI/UX aplikasi web yudisium menggunakan metode Design Thinking dengan pengujian menggunakan metode Usability Testing dan hasil pengujian dihitung dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS).
English Abstract
Pre-Graduation process at the Faculty of Vocational Studies, Brawijaya University is one of the important stages for students before graduation. In every procession, from registration to judgment, there are several challenges that affect the smooth running of the event. Usually, pre-graduation process when registering until the announcement of whether or not the student has passed uses google forms and spreadsheets, from which the author sees that it is less efficient in inputting data. One of the technical problems that the author observed was when inputting applicant data, where there was an error in the google form when uploading letters or forms from different levels. Then, the announcement of whether or not to pass is arguably less informative and also the distribution of the judicium implementation schedule as well. These obstacles can interfere with the efficiency of pre-graduation process and cause dissatisfaction among students. To overcome this problem, a UI/UX design of pregraduation web application was designed using the Design Thinking method with testing using the Usability Testing method and the test results were calculated using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method.
