Abstract
Dalam perkembangan tekonlogi informasi yang pesat ini, fasilitas pada pekerjaan memberikan penting dalam menunjang pekerjaan dengan efektif dan efesien. Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Jawa Barat menghadapi kendala dalam mengatur sistem peminjaan aset yang secara tertulis melalu tim aset, seperti tidak bisa meminjam secara terjadwal yang tidak efesien. Sebagai solusi, pembuatan fitur peminjaman aset berbasis web perlu dibuat agar penjadwalan peminjaman aset secara efesien untuk meningkatkan efesiensi peminjaman aset digital. Studi kasus rancang bangun sistem peminjaman aset berbasis web memberikan sebuah solusi yang mendukung dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang ada di dalam tim aset. Oleh karena itu, penulis tertarik untuk membuat tugas akhir dengan membangun sistem dari pertama yang dengan solusi yang efektif, efesien dan efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah waterfall digunakan untuk memastikan tahapan pengembangan sistem dilakukan secara struktural yang sudah disepakati.
English Abstract
In this rapid development of information technology, facilities at work provide important in supporting work effectively and efficiently. The Communication and Informatics Office of West Java Province faces obstacles in managing the asset lending system in writing through the asset team, such as not being able to borrow on a scheduled basis which is not efficient. As a solution, the creation of a web-based asset lending feature needs to be made so that scheduling asset loans efficiently to increase the efficiency of digital asset lending. The case study of the design of a web-based asset lending system provides a solution that supports solving problems in the asset team. Therefore, the author is interested in making the final project by building a system from the first with an effective, efficient and effective solution. The method used in the development of this system is waterfall used to ensure that the stages of system development are carried out in an agreed structural manner.
