Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang desain UI/UX website UMKM Madina Parfum menggunakan metode Design Thinking. Madina Parfum, sebuah UMKM di Kediri, menghadapi tantangan dalam pemasaran yang masih bergantung pada media sosial dan metode konvensional. Metode Design Thinking diterapkan melalui lima tahap: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Test, untuk menciptakan solusi berbasis kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil pengujian dengan metode System Usability Scale menunjukkan skor rata-rata 87,8, yang mengindikasikan tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang tinggi. Website ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah transaksi, meningkatkan pemasaran, dan memperluas jangkauan pelanggan Madina Parfum. Selain itu, fitur-fitur seperti katalog produk, pemesanan online, dan halaman tentang layanan dirancang untuk memberikan pengalaman belanja yang lebih baik. Dengan pendekatan ini, UMKM diharapkan dapat lebih kompetitif dan relevan di era digital.
English Abstract
This research aims to design the UI/UX of the Madina Parfum UMKM website using the Design Thinking method. Madina Parfum, a small business in Kediri, faces challenges in marketing, still relying on social media and conventional methods. The Design Thinking method is applied through five stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test, to create solutions based on user needs. The testing results using the System Usability Scale method show an average score of 87.8, indicating a high level of user satisfaction. This website is expected to simplify transactions, improve marketing, and expand the customer reach of Madina Parfum. Additionally, features such as product catalogs, online ordering, and a services page are designed to provide a better shopping experience. With this approach, UMKM is expected to become more competitive and relevant in the digital era.
