Abstract
Digitalisasi sangat diperlukan di sektor perindustrian agar transformasi digital dan efisiensi kerja menjadi budaya di industri tersebut terlebih lagi industri teknologi. Digitalisasi guna menunjang efisiensi ini mulai diterapkan oleh PT. Telkom Akses dengan otomatisasi sistem informasi umpan balik data pelatihan berbasis website. Sebelumnya, semua pengolahan data yang masuk masih diproses secara manual dan membutuhkan dua kali kerja. Dengan sistem informasi umpan balik data pelatihan berbasis website, maka data yang ditampilkan akan lebih cepat, akurat serta efisien. Tujuan dari pembuatan website ini adalah membuat website yang tersistem sebagai penyimpanan dan pengolahan data sehingga dapat mempermudah kegiatan operasional perusahaan. Tahapan dalam penyelesaian pembuatan ini terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian sistem dan penerapan sistem. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP menggunakan framework Laravel. Software yang digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi ini adalah Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, Draw.io.
English Abstract
Digitalisation is needed in the industrial sector so that digital transformation and work efficiency become a culture in the industry, especially the technology industry. Digitalisation to support this efficiency began to be implemented by PT Telkom Akses with the automation of a website-based training data feedback information system. Previously, all incoming data processing was still processed manually and required two times the work. With a website-based training data feedback information system, the data displayed will be faster, more accurate and efficient. The purpose of making this website is to create a systemised website as data storage and processing so as to facilitate the company's operational activities. The stages in completing this creation consist of needs analysis, system design, implementation, system testing and system implementation. This application is built using the PHP programming language using the Laravel framework. The software used to build this application is Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, Draw.io.
