Abstract
Proyek ini membahas tentang bagaimana penerapan motion graphic dan animasi karakter yang dapat mendukung visual dan suasana pada animasi komik “RALE:Raka dan Lele”. Tahapan-tahapan yang perlu dilakukan sebelum membuat animasi komik yakni, seperti halnya membuat konsep dan cerita. Pada proyek ini menggunakan software Adobe After Effects dan fitur-fitur yang terdapat pada software tersebut, seperti plugin, fitur expression, dan fitur bawaan. Adapun penerapan prinsip animasi dan transisi untuk diimplementasikan pada animasi komik seperti Squash and stretch, anticipation, dan staging sehingga dapat menghasilkan visual yang lebih variatif dan ekspresif.
English Abstract
This project explores the application of motion graphics and character animation to enhance the visuals and overall atmosphere of the animated comic “RALE: Raka and Lele”. The process involves several key steps, starting with the development of concepts and storytelling. Adobe After Effects is the primary software used in this project, along with its various features, including plugins, expressions, and built-in tools. The project also incorporates animation principles and transitions such as squash and stretch, anticipation, and staging to create visuals that are more dynamic and expressive.
