Abstract

Sumber daya manusia memegang peranan penting dalam keberhasilan organisasi dan bisnis karena manusia merupakan aset hidup yang perlu dipelihara dan dikembangkan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan harus memberikan perhatian khusus kepada karyawannya. Keberhasilan suatu organisasi bergantung tidak hanya pada fasilitas dan infrastruktur yang ada, tetapi juga pada kinerja karyawannya. Keselamatan Kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja yang baik akan mendorong terwujudnya kinerja karyawan yang baik. PR Trubus Alami Malang merupakan pabrik rokok yang proses produksinya bergantung oleh kinerja karyawannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah; (1) mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh keselamatan Kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan Kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 82 responden yang diambil menggunakan simple random sampling. Analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1), keselamatan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, maka dari itu semakin baik keselamatan kesehatan kerja maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat, (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan demikian semakin aman dan nyaman lingkungan kerja maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat (3) keselamatan kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jadi keduanya yakni keselamatan Kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja yang baik akan mendorong terciptanya kinerja karyawan yang baik.

English Abstract

Human resources play a crucial role in the success of organizations and businesses because people are living assets that need to be nurtured and developed. Therefore, companies must give special attention to their employees. The success of an organization depends not only on the available facilities and infrastructure but also on the performance of its employees. Good occupational health and safety, along with a favorable work environment, will foster good employee performance. PR Trubus Alami Malang is a cigarette factory whose production process relies on employee performance. The objectives of this study are: (1) to identify and describe the impact of occupational health and safety on employee performance, (2) to identify and describe the impact of the work environment on employee performance, and (3) to determine the impact of occupational health and safety and the work environment on employee performance. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample used consists of 82 respondents selected using simple random sampling. The analysis in this study is multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate that: (1) occupational health and safety affect employee performance, thus the better the occupational health and safety, the higher the employee performance, (2) the work environment affects employee performance, hence the safer and more comfortable the work environment, the higher the employee performance, (3) occupational health and safety and the work environment both affect employee performance. Therefore, both good occupational health and safety and a favorable work environment will encourage the achievement of good employee performance.
