Abstract
Kondisi kronis yang dialami oleh anak dapat berdampak pada keluarga khususnya pada ibu yang merawat anak dengan kondisi kronis hal ini dapat mempengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis ibu. Kesejahteraan psikologis dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya faktor external yaitu dukungan sosial yang dapat bersumber dari dukungan pasangan, dukungan keluarga, dukungan teman, dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis hubungan dukungan sosial dan kesejahteraan psikologis ibu yang merawat anak dengan kondisi kronis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional, pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 72 ibu yang merawat anak dengan kondisi kronis. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu RAND''S MOS Social Support Survey dan Ryff’s Psychological Well Being. Hasil dan pengujian penelitian menggunakan uji spearman didapatkan hasil p-value dari dukungan sosial terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis; dukungan pasangan dengan p-value 0,008 < (0,05), dukungan keluarga dengan p-value 0,030 < (0,05), dukungan teman dengan p-value 0,042 < (0,05), dukungan tenaga kesehatan dengan p-value 0,124 > (0,05). Bedasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan pada dukungan pasangan, dukungan keluarga, dukungan teman terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis ibu dengan arah hubungan positif sedangkan pada hubungan tenaga kesehatan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan kesejahteraan psikologis ibu. Bagi penelitian selanjutnya dapat meneliti variabel-variabel yang belum diteliti, sehingga kesejahteraan psikologis ibu yang merawat anak dengan kondisi kronis meningkat
English Abstract
Chronic conditions experienced by children can have an impact on families, especially on mothers who care for children with chronic conditions, this can affect the psychological well-being of mothers. Psychological well-being is influenced by several factors, one of which is external factors, namely social support which can be sourced from partner support, family support, friend support, and health worker support. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between social support and the psychological well-being of mothers caring for children with chronic conditions. This study used a correlational analysis method with a cross-sectional approach, sampling using purposive sampling method with a sample of 72 mothers caring for children with chronic conditions. The instruments used were RAND'S MOS Social Support Survey and Ryff's Psychological Well Being. The results and research testing using the spearman test obtained p-value results from social support on psychological well-being; partner support with a p-value of 0.008 < (0,05), family support with a p-value of 0.030 < (0,05), friend support with a p-value of 0.042 < (0,05), health worker support with a p-value of 0.124 > (0,05). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between spousal support, family support, and friend support on the psychological well-being of mothers with a positive relationship direction, while in the relationship between health workers there is no significant relationship with the psychological well-being of mothers. For further research, it can examine variables that have not been studied, so that the psychological well-being of mothers caring for children with chronic conditions increases
