Abstract
Ulkus diabetikum merupakan komplikasi yang dialami pasien diabetes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kepatuhan diet dan persentase lemak tubuh terhadap kejadian ulkus diabetikum pada kaki pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2. Metode yang digunakan yaitu cross-sectional dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan Perceived Dietary Adherence Questionnaire (PDAQ) dan Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA). Responden penelitian berjumlah 150. Penelitian dilakukan pada Oktober-November 2024. Hasil uji statistika menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara kepatuhan diet terhadap kejadian ulkus diabetikum pada kaki pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 (p value 0,036 ; r -0,172). Kemudian terdapat hubungan antara persentase lemak tubuh terhadap kejadian ulkus diabetikum pada kaki pasien wanita (p value 0,038 ; r 0,226) dan pria diabetes melitus tipe 2 (p value 0,034 ; r 0,264). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat lemah antara kepatuhan diet terhadap kejadian ulkus diabetikum pada kaki pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 dengan arah korelasi negatif dan terdapat hubungan yang sangat lemah antara persentase lemak tubuh terhadap kejadian ulkus diabetikum pada kaki pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 dengan arah korelasi positif
English Abstract
Diabetic ulcers are complications experienced by diabetes patients. This study aims to identify the relationship between diet compliance and body fat percentage to the incidence of diabetic ulcers on the feet of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. The method used is cross-sectional with purposive sampling technique. Data collection using the Perceived Dietary Adherence Questionnaire (PDAQ) and Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA). Research respondents totaled 150. The study was conducted from OctoberNovember 2024. The results showed that there was a relationship between dietary compliance and the incidence of diabetic ulcers in the feet of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (p value 0.036 ; r -0.172). There was a relationship between the percentage of body fat and the incidence of diabetic ulcers in the feet of female patients (p value 0.038 ; r 0.226) and male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (p value 0.034 ; r 0.264). It can be concluded that there is a very weak relationship between dietary compliance and the incidence of diabetic ulcers in the feet of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with negative correlation direction and there is a very weak relationship between the percentage of body fat and the incidence of diabetic ulcers in the feet of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with positive correlation direction.
