Abstract

Pemilihan pemasok yang tepat merupakan aspek penting untuk mendukung kelancaran operasional dan memastikan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri kelapa sawit, PT Borneo Indah Marjaya menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola pasokan TBS yang konsisten, berkualitas tinggi, dan tepat waktu. Mengingat persaingan yang ketat dalam industri ini, serta dampak langsung dari kualitas dan ketepatan pasokan TBS terhadap efisiensi produksi dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem rantai pasok, menganalisis prioritas kriteria pemilihan pemasok, menganalisis peringkat pemasok TBS dan merumuskan desain pemilihan pemasok TBS pada Industri Kelapa Sawit. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan statistik deskriptif dengan data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan angket berdasarkan kriteria dari model ANP (Analytical Network Process). Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling pada tiga orang karyawan divisi Partnership Management pada PT Borneo Indah Marjaya di Kabupaten Paser. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga tahap yaitu analisis deskriptif yang disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik, analisis ANP (Analytical Network Process) menggunakan software super decision dengan output matriks pada setiap kategori dan sub kategori, analisis Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) dengan output ranking atau peringkat untuk menentukan pemasok TBS pada PT Borneo Indah Marjaya di Kabupaten Paser. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sistem rantai pasok pada perusahaan adalah dimulai dari pemasok, perusahaan kemudian konsumen minyak sawit mentah. Urutan prioritas dari kriteria pemilihan pemasok TBS pada PT BIM dengan peringkat tertinggi pada kriteria pengiriman, kualitas, harga, lokasi geografis serta kebijakan klaim dan garansi. Selanjutnya pada sub kriteria pengiriman lebih memprioritaskan ketepatan jumlah pengiriman, pada kriteria kualitas memprioritaskan kualitas TBS yang konsisten, kriteria harga memprioritaskan kestabilan harga, kriteria lokasi geografis lebih memprioritaskan lama atau waktu pengiriman, sedangkan pada kriteria kebijakan klaim dan jaminan memprioritaskan garansi. Peringkat pemasok TBS pada PT BIM yaitu pada posisi pertama adalah pemasok A. Rumusan desain pemilihan pemasok TBS pada Industri Kelapa Sawit lebih diutamakan pada kriteria pengiriman diikuti oleh kualitas, harga, lokasi geografis dan kebijakan klaim.

English Abstract

Selecting the right supplier is an important aspect to support smooth operations and ensure the quality of the products produced. As a company engaged in the palm oil industry, PT Borneo Indah Marjaya faces challenges in managing consistent, high-quality and timely supply of FFB. Given the tight competition in this industry, as well as the direct impact of the quality and accuracy of FFB supply on production efficiency and customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the supply chain system, analyze the priority of supplier selection criteria, analyze the ranking of FFB suppliers and formulate a design for selecting FFB suppliers in the Palm Oil Industry. The method in this study uses a descriptive statistical approach with data collected using a questionnaire based on the criteria of the ANP (Analytical Network Process) model. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling on three employees of the Partnership Management division at PT Borneo Indah Marjaya in Paser Regency. The analysis in this study uses three stages, namely descriptive analysis presented in the form of tables and graphs, ANP (Analytical Network Process) analysis using super decision software with matrix output in each category and subcategory, Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) analysis with ranking output to determine TBS suppliers at PT Borneo Indah Marjaya in Paser Regency. The results of the analysis show that the supply chain system in the company starts from the supplier, the company then the consumer of crude palm oil. The priority order of the TBS supplier selection criteria at PT BIM with the highest ranking in the criteria of delivery, quality, price, geographical location and claim and warranty policies. Furthermore, in the delivery sub-criteria, the accuracy of the number of deliveries is prioritized, in the quality criteria, the consistent quality of TBS is prioritized, the price criteria prioritize price stability, the geographical location criteria prioritize the length or time of delivery, while in the claim and warranty policy criteria, the warranty is prioritized. The ranking of TBS suppliers at PT BIM is in the first position is supplier A. The design formulation for selecting TBS suppliers in the Palm Oil Industry is prioritized in the delivery criteria followed by quality, price, geographical location and claim policies.
