Abstract
Beban kerja merupakan kegiatan atau pekerjaan yang harus diselesaikan dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja perawat dengan kualitas pelayanan di RS Djatiroto Lumajang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari perawat pelaksana dengan jumlah sampel 44 perawat. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah NASA-TLX dan QNCS (Quality Nursing Care Scale) from nurses’ perspective. Uji korelasi yang digunakan adalah Spearman rho dengan hasil koefisien yang signifikan p value 0,667 dengan korelasi -0,67 dan kedua variabel memiliki hubungan negative yang artinya bertolak belakang. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja perawat dengan kualitas pelayanan di RS Djatiroto Lumajang. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu diharapkan manajemen rumah sakit untuk memantau dan mengevaluasi tingkat beban kerja perawat dan mempertahankan serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan yang diberikan kepada pasien.
English Abstract
Workload is an activity or work that must be completed within a certain period of time. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurse workload and service quality at Djatiroto Lumajang Hospital. The research method used was correlational analytic observational with a cross-sectional approach. Respondents of this study consisted of executive nurses with a sample size of 44 nurses. The research instruments used were NASA-TLX and QNCS (Quality Nursing Care Scale) from nurses' perspective. The correlation test used is Spearman rho with the results of a significant coefficient p value 0.667 with a correlation of -0.67 and the two variables have a negative relationship which means the opposite. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between nurse workload and service quality at Djatiroto Lumajang Hospital. Suggestions that can be given are that hospital management is expected to monitor and evaluate the level of nurse workload and maintain and improve the quality of services provided to patients.
