Abstract

TB (Tuberkulosis) menjadi masalah kesehatan yang kompleks dengan tantangan utama resisten obat akibat ketidakpatuhan pasien. Pasien dengan efikasi diri yakin dapat menyelesaikan pengobatan panjang meski menghadapi efek samping, stigma sosial, dan tekanan psikologis. Resiliensi membantu pasien tetap positif dan termotivasi meskipun menghadapi situasi sulit. Salah satu fungsi Efikasi diri yaitu sebagai dasar dari pembentukan resiliensi pasien TB. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Hubungan Efikasi Diri Dengan Resiliensi Pada Pasien Tuberkulosis Yang Menjalani Pengobatan Obat Anti Tuberkulosis Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Janti Kota Malang. metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 76 dengan kriteria inklusi pasien tuberkulosis dengan hasil BTA (+). Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan September-Oktober 2024 dengan responden mengisi kuesioner GSE dan CD-RISC. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah efikasi diri pada pasien TB tinggi sebanyak 67 responden dan resiliensi pada pasien TB tinggi sebanyak 65 responden. Hasil uji Spearman Rank didapatkan korelasi antara kedua variable yaitu sebesar 0,428. Hasil korelasi menunjukkan hubungan positif, dimana semakin tinggi tingkat efikasi diri maka semakin tinggi resiliensi individu menghadapi tantangan dalam pengobatan TB. Perawat perlu memberikan dukungan emosional dan psikososial secara menyeluruh kepada pasien TB. Melibatkan keluarga dalam perawatan dapat membantu pasien lebih yakin, dan mempercepat pemulihan penyakit.

English Abstract

TB (Tuberculosis) is a complex health problem with the main challenge of drug resistance due to patient non-adherence. Patients with self-efficacy believe they can complete a long course of treatment despite facing side effects, social stigma, and psychological distress. Resilience helps patients stay positive and motivated despite difficult situations. One of the functions of self-efficacy is as the basis for the formation of resilience in TB patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and resilience in tuberculosis patients undergoing anti-tuberculosis drug treatment in the Janti Health Center Working Area, Malang City. the method used was quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The sample of this study was 76 with the inclusion criteria of tuberculosis patients with BTA (+) results. Data collection was conducted in September-October 2024 with respondents filling out the GSE and CD-RISC questionnaires. The results of this study were self-efficacy in high TB patients as many as 67 respondents and resilience in high TB patients as many as 65 respondents. The results of the Spearman Rank test obtained a correlation between the two variables which amounted to 0.428. The correlation results show a positive relationship, where the higher the level of self-efficacy, the higher the resilience of individuals facing challenges in TB treatment. Nurses need to provide comprehensive emotional and psychosocial support to TB patients. Involving families in care can help patients be more confident, and accelerate disease recovery.
