Abstract

Kanker serviks adalah salah satu penyebab utama kematian akibat kanker di kalangan wanita di seluruh dunia. Tingginya angka kematian akibat kanker serviks di Indonesia disebabkan oleh kenyataan bahwa mayoritas penderita, sekitar 70%, baru mencari pengobatan setelah penyakit ini mencapai stadium lanjut. Beberapa penanganan kanker serviks yang dapat dilakukan yaitu pembedahan (histerektomi), radioterapi, dan kemoterapi. Oleh sebab itu, perlu adanya asuhan keperawatan terintegrasi untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Tujuan dilakukannya penulisan karya ilmiah akhir ini adalah untuk menganalisis asuhan keperawatan pada pasien pre kemoterapi pada Ny. N dengan kasus ca serviks stadium IIB metastasis paru dengan hipokalemia. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah metode desktiptif pada 1 responden dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa format asuhan keperawatan maternitas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, dan dokumentasi. Hasil pemeriksaan yang dilakukan didapatkan kondisi pasien saat pengkajian tampak lemah, GCS E4V3M5 (apatis), tampak meringis, dan nafsu makan menurun. Pemeriksaan fisik tekanan darah pasien 100/80 mmHg, nadi 100 x/menit, suhu 36,8 ºc, pernafasan 20x/menit. Diagnosa yang muncul meliputi : diare, resiko ketidakseimbangan elektrolit, nyeri akut, dan defisit nutrisi. Implementasi dilakukan selama 3 hari dan terdapat perubahan tingkat kesadaran pada pasien. Hasil evaluasi pada hari 3 didapatkan dua diagnosis teratasi dan dua diagnosis lainnya teratasi sebagian. Dengan adanya karya ilmiah akhir ini, penulis berharap perawat mampu memberikan pelayanan kesehatan berdasarkan evidence based practice yang ada, dalam mengatasi masalah keperawatan secara holistik yang muncul pada pasien.

English Abstract

Cervical cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer deaths among women worldwide. The high mortality rate from cervical cancer in Indonesia is due to the fact that the majority of patients, around 70%, only seek treatment after the disease reaches an advanced stage. Some of the treatments for cervical cancer that can be done are surgery (hysterectomy), radiotherapy, and chemotherapy. Therefore, there is a need for integrated nursing care to solve this problem. The purpose of writing this final scientific paper is to analyze nursing care in pre-chemotherapy patients in Mrs. N with cases of stage IIB cervical ca stage IIB pulmonary metastases with hypokalemia. The writing method used was a descriptive method on 1 respondent using an instrument in the form of a maternity nursing care format. Data collection is carried out by interviews, observations, physical examinations, and documentation. The results of the examination obtained that the patient's condition during the assessment appeared weak, GCS E4V3M5 (apathy), appeared to be grimacing, and decreased appetite. Physical examination of the patient's blood pressure 100/80 mmHg, pulse 100 x/min, temperature 36.8 ºC, respiration 20 x/min. Diagnoses include: diarrhea, risk of electrolyte imbalance, acute pain, and nutritional deficit. The implementation was carried out for 3 days and there was a change in the level of awareness in patients. The results of the evaluation on day 3 showed that two diagnoses were resolved and two other diagnoses were partially resolved. With this latest scientific work, the author hopes that nurses will be able to provide health services based on existing evidencebased practices, in addressing holistic nursing problems that arise in patients.
