Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Blockholder Ownership, Business Risk dan Firm Size terhadap kebijakan utang pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2022. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 92. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan spss versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Blockholder Ownership berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan utang, sehingga hipotesis pertama yang menyatakan blockholder ownership berpengaruh negatif terhadap kebijakan utang, ditolak. Hasil penelitian untuk variabel Business Risk yaitu tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan utang sehingga hipotesis kedua yang menyatakan business risk berpengaruh negatif terhadap kebijakan utang, ditolak. Hasil penelitian hipotesis ketiga diterima menunjukkan bahwa firm size berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan utang
English Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze the effect of blockholder ownership, business risk and firm size on the debt policy of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. This study applies a quantitative approach and includes 92 samples selected through purposive sampling technique and analyzed by multiple linear regression processed by SPSS 26. The results of the study exhibit that blockholder ownership has a positive effect on debt policy, implying that the first hypothesis stating that blockholder ownership has a negative effect on debt policy is rejected; and business risk has no effect on debt policy, meaning that the second hypothesis stating that business risk has a negative effect on debt policy is rejected. The result of the third hypothesis study is accepted, indicating that firm size has a positive effect on debt policy.
