Abstract
Restoran merupakan tempat usaha yang menyediakan hidangan dan minuman bagi para tamu. Selain itu, restoran biasanya memiliki lingkungan yang nyaman dengan dekorasi yang menarik untuk menciptakan suasana yang menyenangkan bagi pengunjung. Restoran dapat menawarkan berbagai jenis masakan, mulai dari masakan lokal hingga masakan internasional, dan dapat memiliki berbagai konsep Interior untuk menarik pelanggan berminat mengunjungi restoran. Indera mempunyai peran penting dalam mengatur memori dan emosi serta pengalaman manusia. Penulisan ini merupakan acuan untuk designer untuk mendesesign Penelitian bertujuan untuk Re- desain restoran dengan penerapan Multisensory Design. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, observasi lapangan, serta desain. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Re-desain Restoran Barokah konsep Green Design dengan penerapan elemen dekorasi dan tata letak yang baik dan desain yang dapat dinikmati oleh semua indra.
English Abstract

In addition, restaurants usually have a comfortable environment with attractive decorations to create a pleasant atmosphere for visitors. Restaurants can offer various types of cuisine, from local to international cuisine, and can have various Interior concepts to attract customers to visit the restaurant. The senses play an important role in regulating memory and emotions and human experiences. This writing is a reference for designers to design Research aims to Re-design restaurants with the application ofMultisensory Design. The research methods used are literature studies, field observations, and design. The results of this study are the Re-design of the Barokah Restaurant with the Green Design concept with the application of good decoration and layout elements and designs that can be enjoyed by all senses.
