Abstract
Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh ;ecepatan pengadukan dan konsentrasi fasa ekstemal pada >emisahan Ni(II) menggunakan membran cair. Membran dibuat lengan komposisi 0,1 mL Span - 80; 0,6 mL D2EHPA dan 9,3 mL Lerosen dengan volume total 10 mL. Fasa internal dibuat dari 5 mL IC1 0,1 N. Sedangkan fasa ekstemal, yaitu larutan Ni(II) divariasi >ada konsentrasi : 100 ppm; 150 ppm; 200 ppm; 250 ppm dan 300 >pm. Proses pemisahan dilakukan dengan pengadukan yang livariasikan pada kecepatan : 100 rpm; 200 rpm; 300 rpm; dan 400 pm selama 4 menit. Konsentrasi Ni(II) sisa ditentukan secara pektrofotometri sinar tampak pada panjang gelombang 470 nm lengan pereaksi dimetilglioksim. Analisa pengaruh konsentrasi fasa kstemal menggunakan pola rancangan acak lengkap ragam faktorial 'ang dilanjutkan dengan Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT). Dari hasil >enelitian diperoleh bahwa kenaikan kecepatan pengadukan dari 100 - 400 rpm dapat meningkatkan nilai % Ni(II) terpermeasi, dengan lilai tertinggi 17,94 %. Sedangkan kenaikan konsentrasi fasa ikstemal dari 100- 300 ppm juga dapat meningkatkan nilai % Ni(II) erpermeasi, dengan nilai tertinggi 75,62%. Pada Uji Beda Nyata rerkecil (BNT) diketahui terdapat beda nyata antar perlakuan variasi :onsentrasi fasa ekstemal terhadap nilai % Ni(Il) terpermeasi.
English Abstract
A study to investigate the influence of stirring rate and concentration of external phase on the separation of Ni(II) by using liquid membrane has been done. Membrane was made from 0,1 mL of Span - 80; 0,6 mL of D2EHPA and 9,3 mL kerosene for the total volume by 10 mL. Internal phase was made from 5 mL HC1 0,1 N, while the external phase that was Ni(II) solution varioused on concentration for 100 ppm; 150 ppm; 200 ppm; 250 ppm and 300 ppm. The separation process was done by stirring the solution in various rate of 100 rpm; 200 rpm; 300 rpm and 400 rpm at 4 minutes. The last concentration of Ni(II) was measured by using visible spectrophotometiy at wavelength 470 nm by dimethylglyoxime method. Analysis influence of concentration of external phase were organized according to a complete factorial randomized block design followed by Tukey test. The result showed that increasing in stirring rate from 100 to 400 rpm could increasing on % of permeated Ni(II) value, with highest value 17,94 %. While advanced on concentration of external phase from 100 to 300 ppm also promoted % of permeated Ni(II) value, with highest value 75,62%. Statistical analysis by Tukey test showed a real different on variation of concentration of external phase toward % of permeated Ni(fl) value.
