Abstract
Program RT Mandiri hadir dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan kelompok Masyarakat di Tingkat RT. Penelitian ini membahas terkait evaluasi Program RT Mandiri Tahun 2023 di Kecamatan Landasan Ulin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Program RT Mandiri bermanfaat bagi kelompok Masyarakat di Kecamatan Landasan Ulin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Program RT Mandiri belum efektif dikarenakan dampak yang dirasakan belum signifikan dan maksimal; 2) Program ini belum efisien dalam pelaksanaannya dikarenakan masih terdapat pokmas yang mengalami kendala; 3) Hanya cukup sebagai langkah awal pemerintah meningkatkan kesejahteraan Masyarakat, masih perlu banyak perbaikan; 4) Program RT Mandiri di Kecamatan Landasan Ulin sudah merata dalam hal distribusi sosialisasi, sasaran, dana, hingga penerima manfaatnya; 5) Program ini mendapat respon yang positif dari pokmas pelaksana RT Mandiri di Kecamatan Landasan Ulin; 6) Sasaran dari program RT Mandiri ini sudah tepat sasaran, dapat dilihat dari pokmas yang mengikuti program ini sudah sesuai dengan kriteria di pedoman pelaksanaan program.
English Abstract
The RT Mandiri Program aims to improve the welfare of community groups at the RT level. This research discusses the evaluation of the RT Mandiri Program Year 2023 in Landasan Ulin Sub-district. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the RT Mandiri Program benefits community groups in Landasan Ulin Sub-district. The research method used was descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of this study show that: 1) The RT Mandiri program has not been effective because the impact felt has not been significant and maximum; 2) The program has not been efficient in its implementation because there are still community groups that experience obstacles; 3) It is only sufficient as a first step for the government to improve community welfare, it still needs a lot of improvement; 4) The RT Mandiri program in Landasan Ulin Sub-district has been equitable in terms of distribution of socialization, targets, funds, and beneficiaries; 5) The program has received a positive response from the RT Mandiri implementing community groups in Landasan Ulin Sub-district; 6) The targets of the RT Mandiri program are right on target, it can be seen from the community groups that participate in this program are in accordance with the criteria in the program implementation guidelines.
