Abstract
Kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial yang sesuai dengan keinginan dan harapan karyawan tentu akan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada organisasi tempat ia bekerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh signifikan antara gaji, insentif, tunjangan, promosi, tanggung jawab dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan maupun parsiai terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner, wawancara dan dokukemntasi. Data yang diperoleh dari kuisioner diuji melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Sampel sebanyak 76 responden diambil dari populasi 256 karyawan meliputi staf, bengkel, dan kru bis. Teknik sampling disproporsional stratified random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan non finansial secara simultan dan parsiai terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa secara simultan variabel gaji, insentif, tunjangan, promosi, tanggung jawab, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsiai variabel gaji, insentif, tanggung jawab, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan promosi dan tunjangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja adalah variabel tanggung jawab. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu manajemen perusahaan dalam menetapkan kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial secara adil yang diberikan kepada karyawan.
English Abstract
Financial and non financial compensations which are compatible to the need and staffs’ hopes certainly will improve the staff working attitude at the organization where they work objectives of this research is to find out and to analyze the significant effects of salary, incentive, allowance, promotion, responsibility and work environment simultanously and partially on employees’ working attitudes and to find out and analyze the effects of dominant variable on the employees’ working attitude. The data are obtained through questionare, interview and documentation. The obtained data from questionare were tested through validity and reliability test. The number of sampel 76 was selected from 256 employees population including staff, workshop, and bus crew. The technique sampling used here is disproporsional stratified random sampling. This research applies double regression analyze in order to test the influence of financial and non financial compensation simultaneously and partially on employees’ working attitude. This research find out that through simultaneously salary variable, incentive, allowance, promotion, responsibility, and working vironment significantly influence the employees’ working attitudes. Partially the salary variable, incentive, responsibility, working environment significantly influence on employees working attitudes. Mean while promotion and allowance do not significantly influence the employees’ working attitudes. The dominant variable in relation to the employees’ working attitudes is responsibility variable, this research is suggested to assist the company management in deciding financial and non financial compensation fairly to the employees.
