Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengetahui pengaruh pajak tangguhan terhadap struktur modal perusahaan, dengan menggunakan komponen aset pajak tangguhan dan liabilitas pajak tangguhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data sekunder dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Adapun sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 60 dari perusahaan sektor energi, subsektor konstruksi berat, dan automobiles di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda yang diolah menggunakan EViews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aset pajak tangguhan berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal, sedangkan liabilitas pajak tangguhan tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal.

English Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of deferred tax on company capital structure, using the components of deferred tax assets and deferred tax liabilities. This study involves secondary data sourced from the companies’ annual financial statements, and includes samples of 60 energy, heavy construction, and automobiles companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2022 selected through purposive sampling and analyzed by multiple regression processed by EViews 12. The results indicate that deferred tax assets have an effect on capital structure while deferred tax liabilities have no effect on capital structure.
