Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan seberapa besar pengaruh rasio profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan Return On Asset dan leverage yang diproksikan dengan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap perusahaan sektor consumer non-cyclical yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2021-2023. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 61 perusahaan yang ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitan ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (Y). Namun, variabel leverage (X2) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (Y).

English Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and explain the extent to which profitability ratio, proxied by Return On Asset and leverage ratio, proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio affect firm value. This study employs a quantitative research approach. The research was conducted on the consumer non-cyclical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023. The sample used in this study consists of 61 companies selected through puposive sampling method. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26 version. The result of this study indicate that the profitability variable (X1) has significant effect on firm value (Y). However, the leverage variable (X2) does not have a significant effect on firm value (Y).
