Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji peran Flexible Work Arrangement,Job Embeddedness Dan Work Life Balance dalam menurunkan Turnover Intention pada karyawan perusahaan pembiayaan multifinance khususnya generasi milenial dan generasi z di kantor pusat Jakarta, Indonesia Literatur terbaru telah melaporkan hasil yang baik tentang peran Flexible Work Arrangement untuk menekan turnover intention. Namun, masih banyak yang harus dikaji terkait Flexible Work Arragement karena merupakan perkembangan terkini dengan mengkombinasikan beberapa variabel pendukung yaitu work life balance dan Job embeddedness. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis Non probability sampling dengan teknik Purposive sampling yang mana dalam pengambilan sampel yang tidak memberikan peluang yang sama kepada anggota populasi namun memiliki kriteria sampel tertentu. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada karyawan generasi milenial dan generasi Z pada perusahaan pembiayaan non bank/ perusahaan pembiaayan multifinance di kantor pusat, Jakarta, Indonesia. dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 280 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan Flexible work arrangement berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, Flexible work arrangement berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Work-life balance, Job embeddedness. Work-life balance, Job embeddedness berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention serta Work-life balance, Job embeddedness mampu mediasi pengaruh flexible work arrangement terhadap turnover intention
English Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of Flexible Work Arrangement, Job Embeddedness and Work Life Balance in reducing Turnover Intention in employees of multifinance financing companies, especially millennials and generation z at the Jakarta head office, Indonesia. Recent literature has reported good results in Flexible Work Arrangement towards reducing turnover intention However, there is still much to be investigated and learned about FWA because it is a recent development with several supporting variables namely work life balance and Job embeddedness. This research is a quantitative study with a type of Non probability sampling with Purposive sampling technique which in sampling which does not provide equal opportunities to members of the population but has certain sample criteria. The questionnaire was distributed to millennial generation and generation Z employees at non-bank finance companies/ multifinance financing companies at the head office, Jakarta, Indonesia. Respondents in this study were 280 people. Data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools. The results in this study show Flexible work arragement has a significant negative effect on turnover intention, Flexible work arragement has a significant positive effect on Work-life balance, Job embeddedness. Work-life balance, Job embeddedness has a significant negative effect on turnover intention and is able to mediate the effect of flexible work arragement on turnover intention.
