Abstract
Klepon Bu Nunuk mengalami penurunan pendapatan signifikan karena konsumen beralih ke jajanan modern. Penyebabnya adalah rendahnya brand awareness akibat identitas merek dan branding yang kurang efektif, logo yang tidak unik, kemasan yang sederhana, dan promosi yang terbatas, membuatnya sulit bersaing di pasar yang kompetitif. Tujuan dari perancangan ini untuk menghasilkan visual branding untuk meningkatkan brand awareness Klepon Bu Nunuk dengan pendekatan design thinking. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode campuran (Mix Method). Rebranding Klepon Bu Nunuk menggunakan pendekatan design thinking berpotensi besar meningkatkan brand awareness. Melalui design thinking, dapat menciptakan identitas merek yang lebih kuat dan relevan, yang akan memperluas daya tarik dan daya saing produk di pasar makanan tradisional Indonesia. Rebranding ini diharapkan membawa dampak positif signifikan bagi pertumbuhan bisnis dan reputasi merek.
English Abstract
Klepon Bu Nunuk experienced a significant decline in revenue as consumers switched to modern snacks. The cause is low brand awareness due to ineffective brand identity and branding, a logo that is not unique, simple packaging, and limited promotion, making it difficult to compete in a competitive market. The purpose of this design is to produce visual branding to increase brand awareness of Klepon Bu Nunuk with a design thinking approach. The method used is mixed method. Rebranding Klepon Bu Nunuk using a design thinking approach has great potential to increase brand awareness. Through design thinking, it can create a stronger and more relevant brand identity, which will expand the appeal and competitiveness of the product in the Indonesian traditional food market. The rebranding is expected to have a significant positive impact on business growth and brand reputation.
