Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisisis pengaruh langsung antara lain: 1) kepemimpinan pelayan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) kepemimpinan pelayan terhadap pertukaran pemimpin-anggota, 3) kepemimpinan pelayan terhadap pemberdayaan karyawan, 4) kepemimpinan pelayan terhadap OCB, 5) pertukaran pemimpin-anggota terhadap kinerja karyawan, 6) pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 7) OCB terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya, 8) pertukaran pemimpin-anggota memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan pelayan dan kinerja karyawan, 9) pemberdayaan karyawan memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan pelayan dan kinerja karyawan, dan 10) OCB memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan pelayan dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 298 karyawan total 1.165 karyawan PT. Bank Artha Graha Internasional Tbk. Jakarta sebagai responden dengan Rumus Slovin 5%. Teknik penarikan menggunakan sistematik random sampling. Analisis menggunakan partial leasts square path modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) secara langsung kepemimpinan pelayan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) kepemimpinan pelayan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertukaran pemimpin-anggota, 3) kepemimpinan pelayan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan karyawan, 4) kepemimpinan pelayan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, 5) pertukaran pemimpin-anggota berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 6) pemberdayaan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 7) OCB tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 8) pertukaran pemimpinanggota tidak memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara kepemimpinan pelayan dan kinerja karyawan, 9) pemberdayaan karyawan memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara kepemimpinan pelayan dan kinerja karyawan, dan 10) OCB tidak memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara kepemimpinan pelayan dan kinerja karyawan.
English Abstract
Thi Servant Leadership research aims to determine and analyze the direct influences, including: 1) the influence of Servant Leadership on Employee Performance, 2) the influence of Servant Leadership on leader-member exchange, 3) the influence of Servant Leadership on Employee Empowerment, 4) the influence of Servant Leadership on OCB, 5) the influence of leader- member exchange on Employee Empowerment, 6) the influence of Employee Empowerment on Employee Performance, 7) the influence of OCB on Employeee Performance. Next, 8) leader-member exchange mediates the relationship between servant leadership and employee performance, 9) employee empowerment mediates the relationship between servant leadership and employee performance, and 10) organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediates the relationship between servant leadership and employee performance. The research used a sample of 298 employees out of a total of 1,165 employees at PT. Bank Artha Graha Internasional Tbk, Jakarta as respondents, selected using the Slovin formula with a 5% sampling percentage. The sampling technique employed was a sistemstic random sampling. The analysis was conducted using partial least squares path modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of the research indicate that: 1) Servant Leadership directly and significantly influences Employee Performance positively, 2) Servant Leadership has a positive and significant influence on Leader-member exchange, 3) Servant Leadership has a positive and significant influence on Employee Empowerment, 4) Servant Leadership has a positive and significant influence on OCB, 5) leadermember exchange has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, 6) Employee Empowerment has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, 7) OCB does not have a significant influence on Employee Performance, 8) Leader-member exchange does not significantly mediate the relationship between Servant Leadership and Employee Performance, 9) Employee Empowerment significantly mediates the relationship between Servant Leadership and Employee Performance, and 10) OCB does not significantly mediate the relationship between Servant Leadership and Employee Performance.
