Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan konsep orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja bisnis baik secara langsung maupun melalui jejaring dan inovasi dan dimoderasi oleh peran pemerintah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Kuesioner dan wawancara yang dilakukan kepada para pelaku IKK (Industri Kreatif Kriya), khususnya kerajinan tekstil ( bahan bakunya adalah kain, rajutan dan tali) dan Non tekstil (bahan bakunya adalah keramik, gerabah, kayu, rotan, kulit dan logam ) di Malang Jawa Timur Indonesia yang pemasarannya tidak hanya lokal dan nasional tetapi juga telah merambah ke berbagai negara. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan kriteria sample tertentu. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square. Kajian ini memberikan rekomendasi teoritis dan praktik kebijakan strategis (orientasi pasar) melalui jejaring dan inovasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis, dan dimoderasi oleh peran pemerintah. Selain itu, juga menawarkan model yang komprehensif dari faktor penentu keberhasilan kinerja bisnis dengan mempertimbangkan aspek Jaringan dan Inovasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis, dan dimoderasi peran pemerintah . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 10 temuan penting: pertama, orientasi pasar yang diproksikan dengan kinerja bisnis berpengaruh signifikan. Kedua, orientasi pasar yang diproksikan oleh Jaringan berpengaruh signifikan. Ketiga, orientasi pasar yang diproksikan dengan inovasi berpengaruh signifikan. Keempat, jaringan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap inovasi. Kelima, jaringan berpengaruh sigifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil keenam menunjukkan bahwa inovasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Ketujuh, jaringan mampu memediasi pengaruh antara orientasi pasar dan kinerja bisnis. Kedelapan, inovasi mampu memediasi pengaruh antara orientasi pasar dan kinerja bisnis. Kesembilan, peran pemerintah terbukti terbukti mampu memperkuat pengaruh inovasi terhadap kinerja bisnis. Kesepuluah peran pemerintah terbukti mampu memperkuat pengaruh jejaring terhadap kinerja
English Abstract
This research aims to identify and develop the concept of market orientation on business performance both directly and through networking and innovation and moderated by the role of government. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and interviews conducted with IKK (Creative Craft Industry) actors, especially textile crafts (the raw materials are cloth, knitting and rope) and non-textiles (the raw materials are ceramics, earthenware, wood, rattan, leather and metal) in Malang, East Java, Indonesia whose marketing is not only local and national but has also spread to various countries. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling with certain sample criteria. The data analysis technique was carried out using the Partial Least Square method. This study provides theoretical recommendations and strategic policy practice (market orientation) through networking and innovation in improving business performance, and is moderated by the role of government. Apart from that, it also offers a comprehensive model of the determining factors for the success of business performance by considering Network and Innovation aspects in improving business performance, and moderated by the role of government. The research results show 10 important findings: first, market orientation, which is proxied by business performance, has a significant effect. Second, market orientation as proxied by the Network has a significant effect. Third, market orientation, which is proxied by innovation, has a significant effect. Fourth, networks have a significant effect on innovation. Fifth, the network has a significant effect on performance. The sixth result shows that innovation has a significant effect on performance. Seventh, networks are able to mediate the influence between market orientation and business performance. Eighth, innovation is able to mediate the influence between market orientation and business performance. Ninth, the role of government has been proven to be able to strengthen the influence of innovation on business performance. Tenth, the role of government has been proven to be able to strengthen the influence of networks on performance.
