Abstract
Pro Environmental Behavior Scale adalah skala yang belum banyak digunakan, meskipun memiliki item-item yang singkat dan padat, sehingga mempermudah pengukuran perilaku pro lingkungan.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji struktur faktor yang mendukung validitas dari skala Pro Environmental Behavior Scale (PEBS) versi Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa di seluruh Indonesia berusia 19-25 tahun (M = 21.53, SD = 1.85) yang dipilih menggunaan quota sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan Pro Environmental Behavior Scale (PEBS) veri Indonesia sebagai alat ukur. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa skala PEBS versi Indonesia dengan 17 item layak digunakan dan menunjukkan bahwa struktur faktor yang ada telah memadai untuk mengukur perilaku pro lingkungan.
English Abstract
The Pro Environmental Behavior Scale is a scale that has not been widely used, despite having concise and compact items, which facilitate the measurement of proenvironmental behaviour. This research aim to examine the factor structure that supports the validity of the Indonesian version of the Pro Environmental Behavior Scale (PEBS). The sample consists of university students across Indonesia aged 19- 25 years old (M = 21.53, SD = 1.85) that was selected using the quota sampling method. The method used in this research is quantitative, using the Indonesian version of Pro Environmental Behavior Scale (PEBS) as the measurement tool. Data analysis was conducted using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The result of this research indicated that the 17-item Indonesian version of PEBS is appropriate for use and shows that the existing factor structure is adequate for measuring pro-environmental behavior.
