Abstract

Pandemi covid yang terjadi di Indonesia pada tahun 2020 memberikan dampak yang signifikan bagi seluruh sektor, yang paling terasa pada aspek sosial ekonomi. Kota Batu yang memiliki tumpuan utama sektor pariwisata membuat perekonomian masyarakat dan pendapatan asli daerah menjadi turun drastis. Sebagai langkah untuk memulihkan kembali perekonomian dan pariwisata akhirnya pemerintah Kota Batu beriniasi untuk membuat inovasi program aplikasi SIP BANGET. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai bagaimana efektivitas program aplikasi SIP BANGET di Kota Batu. Dengan menggunakan kerangka teori oleh Campbell dalam mutiarin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi atau pengamatan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi SIP BANGET masih belum efektif, karena meskipun programnya sudah sesuai tujuan awal yaitu sebagai media promosi dan informasi desa wisata di Kota Batu serta memberikan dampak kunjungan wisata namun intensitasnya masih rendah hal tersebut dikarenakan jumlah kunjungan di aplikasi SIP BANGET selama tahun 2022 hanya sekitar 5000 jelas angka tersebut masih rendah. Selain itu pada indikator input output lebih banyaknya input yang diberikan oleh penerima baik dari masyarakat maupun pengembang desa wisata terhadap aplikasi menjadi pertimbangan bahwa aplikasi SIP BANGET belum efektif, masih perlu diperbarui secara berkala lagi agar bisa lebih optimal. Jadi perlu keseriusan dari pemerintah untuk pengembangan aplikasi agar SIP BANGET bisa berjalan efektif.

English Abstract

The Covid pandemic that occurred in Indonesia in 2020 had a significant impact on all sectors, which was most felt in the socio-economic aspect. Batu City, whose main focus is the tourism sector, has caused the community's economy and local income to drop drastically. As a step to restore the economy and tourism, the Batu City government finally took the initiative to create an innovative SIP BANGET application program. This research discusses the effectiveness of the SIP BANGET application program in Batu City. By using the theoretical framework by Campbell in Mutiarin. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the SIP BANGET application is still not effective, because even though the program meets its initial objectives, namely as a media for promotion and information on tourist villages in Batu City and has an impact on tourist visits, the intensity is still low, this is due to the number of visits to the SIP BANGET application during In 2022 it will only be around 5000, clearly this figure is still low. Apart from that, in the input output indicator, the greater number of inputs provided by recipients both from the community and tourism village developers regarding the application is a consideration that the SIP BANGET application is not yet effective, it still needs to be updated regularly so that it can be more optimal. So the government needs seriousness in developing applications so that SIP BANGET can run effectively.
