Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah pola investasi masyarakat Indonesia, dengan munculnya berbagai aplikasi investasi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan pengalaman pengguna pada dua aplikasi investasi digital populer, Bibit dan Ajaib, di Lowokwaru, Kota Malang. Metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) digunakan untuk mengukur enam variabel pengalaman pengguna, yaitu attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, dan novelty. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 50 responden pengguna kedua aplikasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner UEQ dan dianalisis menggunakan UEQ Data Analysis Tools. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bibit memperoleh evaluasi positif pada semua variabel, dengan dependability dan novelty berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Variabel perspicuity dan efficiency termasuk dalam kategori baik, sementara attractiveness dan stimulation berada di atas rata-rata. Ajaib mendapatkan evaluasi positif pada lima variabel, dengan attractiveness, perspicuity, dan efficiency dalam kategori baik. Variabel stimulation dan novelty berada di atas rata-rata, namun dependability masih di bawah rata-rata. Variabel novelty pada Ajaib memerlukan peningkatan karena masih mendapat hasil evaluasi netral. Perbandingan kedua aplikasi menunjukkan Bibit unggul dalam efficiency, dependability, dan novelty, sementara Ajaib unggul dalam attractiveness, perspicuity, dan stimulation. Perbedaan paling signifikan terlihat pada variabel novelty dan dependability. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pengembang aplikasi untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Bagi Bibit, fokus peningkatan dapat diarahkan pada aspek stimulation. Sementara itu, Ajaib perlu memprioritaskan peningkatan pada aspek dependability dan novelty. Bagi pengguna, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan dalam memilih platform investasi digital yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka
English Abstract
Technological advancements have transformed investment patterns in Indonesia, with the emergence of various digital investment applications. This study aims to analyze and compare the user experience of two popular digital investment applications, Bibit and Ajaib, in Lowokwaru, Malang City. The User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method was employed to measure six user experience variables: attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. The research sample consisted of 50 respondents who use both applications. Data was collected through UEQ questionnaires and analyzed using UEQ Data Analysis Tools. The results show that Bibit received positive evaluations across all variables, with dependability and novelty falling into the excellent category. Perspicuity and efficiency variables were categorized as good, while attractiveness and stimulation were above average. Ajaib received positive evaluations on five variables, with attractiveness, perspicuity, and efficiency in the good category. Stimulation and novelty variables were above average, but dependability was below average. The novelty variable for Ajaib requires improvement as it still received a neutral evaluation. Comparison of the two applications reveals that Bibit excels in efficiency, dependability, and novelty, while Ajaib leads in attractiveness, perspicuity, and stimulation. The most significant differences were observed in the novelty and dependability variables. This research provides valuable insights for application developers to enhance user experience. For Bibit, improvement efforts could focus on the stimulation aspect. Meanwhile, Ajaib needs to prioritize enhancements in dependability and novelty aspects. For investors, the findings of this study can serve as a consideration in choosing a digital investment platform that aligns with their needs. The study contributes to the understanding of user experience in digital investment applications and offers practical implications for both developers and users in the rapidly evolving fintech landscape.
