Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel GHRM, changeoriented OCB, kinerja inovasi layanan, dan narsisme. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan hotel yang berjumlah 218 responden. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SEM dengan bantuan program SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) GHRM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi layanan, semakin tinggi GHRM maka semakin tinggi kinerja inovasi layanan, demikian sebaliknya semakin rendah GHRM maka semakin rendah kinerja inovasi layanan; (2) GHRM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap change-oriented OCB, semakin tinggi GHRM maka semakin tinggi change-oriented OCB, demikian sebaliknya semakin rendah GHRM maka semakin rendah change-oriented OCB; (3) Change-oriented OCB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi layanan, semakin tinggi change-oriented OCB maka semakin tinggi kinerja inovasi layanan, demikian sebaliknya semakin rendah change-oriented OCB maka semakin rendah kinerja inovasi layanan. (4) Change-oriented OCB dapat memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung GHRM terhadap kinerja inovasi layanan; (5) Narsisme tidak memoderasi pengaruh GHRM terhadap Kinerja Inovasi Layanan.
English Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of the variables Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), Change-Oriented OCB, service innovation performance, and narcissism. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research was hotel workers, totaling 218 respondents. Research data was obtained from the results of filling out a questionnaire and analyzed using SEM analysis techniques with the help of the SEM PLS program. The results of this research show that (1) GHRM has a positive and significant effect on service innovation performance, the higher the GHRM, the higher the service innovation performance, and vice versa, the lower the GHRM, the lower the service innovation performance; (2) GHRM has a positive and significant effect on change-oriented OCB, the higher the GHRM, the higher the change-oriented OCB, and vice versa, the lower the GHRM, the lower the change oriented OCB; (3) Change-oriented OCB has a positive and significant effect on service innovation performance, the higher the changeoriented OCB, the higher the service innovation performance, and vice versa, the lower the change-oriented OCB, the lower the service innovation performance. (4) Change-oriented OCB can mediate the indirect influence of GHRM on service innovation performance; (5) Narcissism does not moderate the influence of GHRM on Service Innovation Performance.
