Abstract

Studi ini bermula atas dasar kejadian masa lalu yang dialami oleh kelompok kerohanian di Kota Malang yang berkaitan dengan hak serta kehidupan sosialnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pemenuhan hak serta kehidupan kelompok kerohanian pasca putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi yang menetapkan bahwa agama kepercayaan menjadi legal dan dapat dimasukkan pada kolom KTP sejak 2017. Untuk itu, penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan metode analisis studi kasus eksplanatif dalam kajian politik kewargaan. Penelitian ini menemukan adanya keterkaitan antara kehidupan masa lalu kelompok kerohanian ini dengan kehidupan yang dijalankan saat ini. Terkait pemenuhan hak, kelompok kerohanian telah sepenuhnya mendapatkan hak bahkan dipermudah untuk pemenuhan haknya. Namun yang masih menjadi problem adalah belum secara sepenuhnya diterapkan pada tiap lini pemerintahan. Riset ini juga menemukan adanya tirani yang dilakukan oleh kelompok mayoritas terhadap kelompok kerohanian(minoritas). Tirani yang dirasakan itu dapat berupa penolakan oleh mayoritas maupun bentuk stigma buruk yang dibangun oleh kelompok mayoritas. Namun hal tersebut tidak di hiraukan oleh kelompok kerohanian ini atas dasar keyakinan ajaran kepercayaannya. Pada akhirnya temuan peneliti ini berpotensi untuk mengembangkan timbulnya sifat inferioritas yang hanya dilihat dari perspektif kelembagaan maupun budaya dan pemenuhan hak agar diperluas implementasinya. Inferioritas ini dipandang sebagai bentuk kepasrahan agar tidak terjadi masalah yang sama seperti pada peristiwa kelompok mereka di masa lalu.

English Abstract

This study began on the basis of past events experienced by spiritual groups in Malang City which were related to their rights and social life. This research aims to analyze how the rights and lives of religious groups are fulfilled after the Constitutional Court decision which determined that religious beliefs have become legal and can be included in the KTP column since 2017. For this reason, this research uses qualitative methodology with an explanatory case study analysis method in the study of civic politics . This research found a connection between the past life of this spiritual group and the life they lead today. Regarding the fulfillment of rights, spiritual groups have fully obtained their rights and even made it easier to fulfill their rights. However, what is still a problem is that it has not been fully implemented in every line of government. This research also found that there was tyranny carried out by the majority group against spiritual groups (minorities). The perceived tyranny can take the form of rejection by the majority or a form of bad stigma built by the majority group. However, this spiritual group does not pay attention to this based on the beliefs of its religious teachings. In the end, this author's findings have the potential to develop the emergence of inferiority traits that are only seen from an institutional and cultural perspective and the implementation of rights should be expanded. This inferiority is seen as a form of submission so that the same problems as those in their group in the past do not occur
