Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh Task Characteristics terhadap Task Technology Fit, Technology Characteristics terhadap Task Technology Fit, dan Task Technology Fit terhadap Learning Achievement. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif program studi perpajakan pada Universitas Brawijaya. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 165 responden yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Adapun metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square dengan software SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Task Characteristics berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Task Technology Fit. (2) Technology Characteristics berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Task Technology Fit. (3) Task Technology Fit berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Learning Achievement.
English Abstract
This study aims to explain the influence of task characteristics on task technology fit, technology characteristics on task technology fit, and task technology fit on Learning Achievement. This research is of explanatory nature with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is active students of Brawijaya University taxation study program. The sample used in this research consists of 165 respondents selected through purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method employed is Partial Least Square using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Task characteristics has a positive and significant influence on task technology fit. (2) Technology characteristics has a positive and significant influence on task technology fit. (3) task technology fit has a positive and significant influence on Learning Achievements.
