Abstract
Perusahaan harus dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja sumber daya manusia karena merupakan elemen penting dalam organisasi, yang berperan aktif sebagai perencana, pelaku dan penentu bagi terwujudnya tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap komitmen organisasional baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung atau melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai explanatory research. Responden penelitian adalah karyawan tetap pada kantor wilayah di salah satu Bank terbesar di Indonesia, penentuan jumlah sampel adalah menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 150 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan data dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, dan kompensasi non finansial juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Baik budaya organisasi maupun kompensasi non finansial berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja.
English Abstract
Companies must be able to optimize the performance of their human resource since it is a key element for any organization that plays an active role as the planner, performer, and determiner of the attainment of organizational objectives. The objective of this research is to identify the impacts of organizational culture and non-financial compensation on organizational commitment both directly and indirectly through the mediation of job satisfaction. The respondents of this explanatory research are 150 permanent employees of one of the largest bank in Indonesia; the number of which were determined using total sampling. The data was harvested via questionnaires and was analyzed through PLS-SEM. This study finds that organizational culture positively and significantly affects organizational commitment, that non-financial compensation positively and significantly influences organizational commitment, and that both organizational culture and non-financial compensation have positive impacts on organizational commitment through the mediation of job satisfaction.
