Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kinerja Keuangan diproksikan dengan Return On Asset (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), pertumbuhan pendapatan, dan NonPerforming Loan (NPL). Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan perbankan umum konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2022. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, menghasilkan 34 perusahaan dengan 170 jumlah data. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan pengolahan data menggunakan bantuan program Eviews versi 13. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Return On Asset (ROA) dan pertumbuhan pendapatan berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Akan tetapi, variabel Earnings Per Share (EPS), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL) dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terbukti tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
English Abstract
This research aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of financial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on company value. Financial Performance is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), income growth, and Non-Performing Loans (NPL). The research population is conventional general banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2018 to 2022. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling method, resulting in 34 companies with 170 total data. The analysis method used is panel data regression with data processing using the Eviews version 13 program. The research results show that the variables Return On Assets (ROA) and revenue growth have a positive effect on company value. However, the variables Earnings Per Share (EPS), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) were proven to have no effect on company value.
