Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris mengenai pengaruh struktur kepemilikan saham institusional, ukuran dewan direksi, umur perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang termasuk dalam indeks IDX80 di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2019-2022. Adapun total sampel yang diperoleh yaitu sejumlah 132 sampel penelitian melalui metode Purposive Sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantuan software IBM SPSS Statistic 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan saham institusional, ukuran dewan direksi, umur perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) baik secara simultan maupun parsial.
English Abstract
This study aims to empirically examine the effect of institutional ownership structure, board size, company age, and company size on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure. The research object involves companies listed in the IDX80 index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2019-2022. The samples include 132 companies selected through purposive sampling, and analyzed by multiple linear regression and processed by IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. The results of this study exhibit that institutional ownership structure, board size, company age, and company size have no effect on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure either simultaneously or partially.
