Abstract

Dalam memastikan keberhasilan proyek, sangat penting untuk melakukan pengelolaan tugas yang baik, termasuk alokasi dan penugasan tugas kepada anggota tim proyek secara efisien dan efektif. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan pada salah satu karyawan di Departemen Design PT INKA (Persero), terdapat keterbatasan kustomisasi fitur dalam sistem manajemen tugas existing menggunakan software Autodesk Vault yang menyebabkan beberapa proses penting, seperti pemantauan progres pekerjaan dengan visualisasi kurva-s dan perhitungan beban kerja karyawan harus dilakukan secara manual sehingga mengurangi produktivitas dan menghambat pencapaian target perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen tugas untuk mengotomatisasi proses manajemen tugas yang dilengkapi fitur yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan sistem informasi manajemen tugas, perlu diukur tingkat penerimaan teknologi yang digunakan dalam menunjang pekerjaan karyawan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kesesuaian tugas dan teknologi pada sistem informasi manajemen tugas terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan strategi survei dan mengadaptasi model Task Technology Fit (TTF). Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 variabel independen yakni Task Characteristic (TAC) dan Technology Characteristic (TEC) serta 3 variabel dependen meliputi Task Technology Fit (TTF), Utilisation (UTIL), dan Performance Impact (PI). Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan ke seluruh karyawan di Departemen Design PT INKA (Persero) dan didapatkan sebanyak 32 responden. Analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan bantuan software SmartPLS untuk melakukan evaluasi model pengukuran dan struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel Task Technology Fit (TTF) pada sistem informasi manajemen tugas tidak signifikan memengaruhi Performance Impact (PI) pada karyawan dengan nilai t statistik sebesar 1,351 (T < 1,96) dan nilai p value sebesar 0,177 (P > 0,05).

English Abstract

In ensuring project success, it is critical to perform good task management, including the allocation and assignment of tasks to project team members efficiently and effectively. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted with one of the employees in the Design Department of PT INKA (Persero), there are limited customization features in the existing task management system using Autodesk Vault software which causes several important processes, such as monitoring work progress with s-curve visualization and calculating employee workloads to be carried out manually, thereby reducing productivity and hampering the achievement of company targets. Therefore, a task management information system was developed to automate the task management process with features that meet user needs. To determine the success of the task management information system, it is necessary to measure the level of acceptance of the technology used in supporting the work of these employees. This study aims to determine the effect between task suitability and technology on task management information systems on employee performance. This research was conducted using a quantitative method using a survey strategy and adapting the Task Technology Fit (TTF) model. The variables used in this study consist of 2 independent variables namely Task Characteristic (TAC) and Technology Characteristic (TEC) and 3 dependent variables including Task Technology Fit (TTF), Utilisation (UTIL), and Performance Impact (PI). Data collection using a questionnaire distributed to all employees in the Design Department of PT INKA (Persero) and obtained 32 respondents. Data analysis uses PLS-SEM with the help of SmartPLS software to evaluate measurement and structural models.
