Abstract
Kehadiran pendidikan diharapkan dapat menghasilkan generasi muda yang berkualitas dan berprestasi. Salah satu faktor penting yang dapat mendorong pencapaian prestasi di kalangan siswa adalah motivasi belajar. Efikasi diri dipandang sebagai faktor yang sangat berpengaruh dalam memprediksi tingkat motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar siswa di SMK Bhakti Luhur Malang. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 153 siswa SMK Bhakti Luhur Malang jurusan perawat sosial dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Alat pengukuran yang digunakan terdiri dari skala General Self-Efficacy (GSE) dan skala Academic Motivation Scale (AMS). Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman-Brown. Hasil uji analisis:terdapat hubungan positif antara efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar pada siswa-siswi SMK Bhakti Luhur Malang jurusan perawat sosial.Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya peningkatan metode pembelajaran yang menarik untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri siswa SMK Bhakti Luhur Malang.
English Abstract
The presence of education is expected to produce a young generation of quality and achievements. One important factor that can encourage achievement among students is learning motivation. Self-efficacy is seen as a very influential factor in predicting students' level of learning motivation. This research aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and student learning motivation at SMK Bhakti Luhur Malang. The research subjects were 153 students of SMK Bhakti Luhur Malang majoring in social nursing using a sampling technique, namely total sampling. The measurement tools used consist of the General Self-Efficacy (GSE) scale and the Academic Motivation Scale (AMS). Hypothesis testing uses the Spearman-Brown correlation test. Analysis test results: there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and learning motivation in students at SMK Bhakti Luhur Malang majoring in social nursing. The implication of this research is the need to increase interesting learning methods to increase the self-efficacy of students at SMK Bhakti Luhur Malang.
