Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh human capital dan collective organizational engagement terhadap nilai kewirausahaan berbasis Catur Paramitha dan kinerja UKM, serta peran nilai orientasi kewirausahaan berbasis Catur Paramitha dalam memediasi pengaruh human capital dan collective organizational engagement pada kinerja UKM. Studi dilakukan pada UKM sektor formal di Bali, dengan responden adalah pelaku UKM yang bergerak di sektor perdagangan, pertanian, non pertanian, dan aneka jasa dan unit analisisnya adalah organisas UKM. Data dikumpulkan langsung dari responden dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian dan wawancara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil studi membuktikan human capital dan collective organizational engagement mampu meningkat nilai kewirausahaan berbasis Catur Paramitha. Human capital dan collective organizational engagement juga mampu meningkatkan kinerja UKM baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui nilai kewirausahaan berbasis Catur Paramitha. Hasil temuan juga membuktikan bahwa nilai kewirausahaan berbasis Catur Paramitha berperan sebagai variabel mediasi parsial yang bersifat komplementer. Hal ini menandakan bahwa nilai kewirausahaan berbasis Catur Paramitha sebagai sumber daya organisasi yang unik mampu menambah pengaruh human capital dan collective organizational engagement terhadap kinerja UKM. Hasil temuan juga membantu peneliti memahami lebih lanjut mengenai pengaruh human capital dan collective organizational engagement terhadap kinerja UKM serta memberikan wawasan yang lebih dalam tentang mekanisme/proses yang mendasari pengaruh human capital dan collective organizational engagement terhadap kinerja UKM. Nilai kewirausahaan berbasis Catur Paramitha dan collective organizational engagement sebagai sebuah keterbaruan dalam penelitian ini juga mampu memberikan rekomendasi yang lebih meyakinkan dan menjadi peluang keterbaruan studi mengenai manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya pengembangan Resource Based-View.
English Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of human capital and collective organizational engagement on Catur Paramitha-based entrepreneurial values and SME performance and the role of Catur Paramitha-based entrepreneurial values in mediating the influence of human capital and collective organizational engagement on SME performance. This study was conducted on formal sector SMEs in Bali. The respondents are the managers of SMEs operating in the trade, agricultural, non-agricultural and various services sectors, and the unit of analysis is the SME organization. The data was collected directly from the respondents through research instruments and interviews and was analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). This study finds that human capital and collective organizational engagement are able to increase Catur Paramitha-based entrepreneurial values, that human capital and collective organizational engagement are able to improve SME performance both directly and indirectly through Catur Paramitha-based entrepreneurial values, and that Catur Paramitha-based entrepreneurial values act as a complementary partial mediator. This indicates that Catur Paramitha-based entrepreneurial values are a unique organizational resource that is able to strengthen the influence of human capital and collective organizational engagement on SME performance. These findings help researchers understand more about the influence of human capital and collective organizational engagement on SME performance and provide deeper insight into the mechanisms or processes underlying the impacts of human capital and collective organizational engagement on SME performance. Catur Paramitha-based entrepreneurial values and collective organizational engagement, which are the novelty of this research, are able to provide more convincing recommendations and become opportunities for updating studies on human resource management, especially in the development of Resource Based-View.
