Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan konsep pencegahan fraud berdasarkan dinamika psikologis pelaku kecurangan. Studi kasus posmodernisme ini berbasis pada proses psikologis pelaku kecurangan yang serupa dengan metafora “skizofrenia”. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan ketiga informan, yaitu pelaku kecurangan, pemerhati, dan berwenang. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan psy-complex theory yang terdiri dari metode psychoanalysis dan psychotherapy. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tekanan ekonomi dan sosial berkontribusi pada terjadinya kompleksitas dinamika psikologis. Akibatnya, kerentanan manusia untuk menunjukkan gejala yang serupa dengan metafora "skizofrenia" akan semakin terasa melalui fase fiksasi yang mendorong individu untuk melakukan tindakan yang tidak didasarkan pada penalaran yang logis, sehingga dapat merugikan diri sendiri maupun orang lain. Dengan demikian, kecurangan dapat dicegah dengan memahami metafora “skizofrenia” yang dibangun melalui psy-complex theory, sehingga akan dicapai keselarasan antara elemen pikiran, hati nurani, dan perilaku. Keselarasan ketiga elemen tersebut akan membangun keseimbangan dinamika psikologis yang mampu membantu individu untuk keluar dari fase terfiksasi, dan mencapai titik tertinggi kesejahteraan mental.
English Abstract
The objective of this research is to formulate a fraud prevention concept based on psychological dynamics of fraud committers. This postmodernism research uses a case study approach regarding the psychological processes of fraud committers which are similar to the metaphor of “schizophrenia”. The data of this research was acquired from interviews with three informants; they are a fraud committers, an observer, and a person with authority. The analysis was conducted using psy complex theory, which consists of psychoanalysis and psychotherapy methods. This study finds that economic and social pressure contribute to the vulnerability of showing symptoms similar to the metaphor “schizophrenia” will get more severe (the fixated phase). This condition increases the tendency of individuals to engage in activities that are not based on logical reasoning and harm both themselves and other people. The formulation of a fraud prevention concept based on the understanding of the “schizophrenia” metaphor constructed through psy-complex theory creates a finding that explains the necessity for harmony between the elements of the mind, conscience, and behavior. The harmony of these three elements will build a psychological dynamic balance that can help individuals break free from the fixated phase and reach the highest point of mental well-being.
