Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap revisit intention, (2) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh service quality terhadap revisit intention, (3) mengetahui dan menganalisis store atmosphere dan service quality secara simultan terhadap revisit intention pada konsumen Fore Coffee Semeru Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Store atmosphere, service quality, dan revisit intention merupakan variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Konsumen Fore Coffee Semeru Malang yang memiliki pengalaman berkunjung, membeli, dan mengonsumsi produk Fore Coffee Semeru Malang setidaknya satu kali dalam kurun waktu satu tahun terakhir. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif statistik dan analisis linier berganda. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 26.0 for Windows. Uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji F dan t untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan variabel independen Store Atmosphere (X1) dan Service Quality (X2) terhadap variabel dependen Revisit Intention (Y) baik secara parsial ataupun simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Store Atmosphere (X1) secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Revisit Intention (Y). Service Quality (X2) secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Revisit Intention (Y). English Abstract

This research aims to (1) determine and analyse the effect of store atmosphere on revisit intention, (2) determine and analyse the effect of service quality on revisit intention, (3) determine and analyse store atmosphere and service quality simultaneously on revisit intention in Fore Coffee Semeru Malang consumers. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Store atmosphere, service quality, and revisit intention are the variables used in this research. The population of this research are Fore Coffee Semeru Malang consumers who have experience visiting, buying, and consuming Fore Coffee Semeru Malang products at least once in the past year. The number of samples used in this research were 100 people. The sampling method is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used was descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear analysis. Data processing in this research using SPSS 26.0 for Windows. Hypothesis testing using the F and t tests to determine the significant effect of the independent variables Store Atmosphere (X1) and Service Quality (X2) on the dependent variable Revisit Intention (Y) either partially or simultaneously. The results showed that Store Atmosphere (X1) partially had a significant effect on Revisit Intention (Y). Service Quality (X2) partially has a significant effect on Revisit Intention (Y).
